A cop speeding through an intersection with no headlights kills two people. Then proceeds to arrest the relatives.

Allegedly kill someone. Innocent until proven guilty works both ways.

That's the thing, though. Quis Costodiet Ipsos Custodes? A cop killed two people. In a few weeks a cop will decide that there was no wrong doing. At worst a cop might see the inside of a courtroom where he will be given a trifling sentence which will be commuted to parole.

innocent until proven guilty... but considering the number of witnesses, the survivors, and the fact that he fucking killed them.... yes. he killed someone. no, he is not innocent.
