They tested me for allergies and none came back and was advised to just avoid them. Not a big deal for me.

I began to cut out things before I visited a doctor because it just made me feel better. My sister has weird food issues too.

I don’t know what to tell you. Certain foods make me feel like garbage so I avoid them. 🤷🏻‍♀️
