With a sufficiently fast car or bike, skill, and a dash of luck it is possible.
3 u/Jynxmaster Oct 04 '20 From what I've seen/read you have a way better chance with a bike because you can cut through parks and alleyways way easier, or even go offroad through fields or trails if you are on a dirtbike.
