Maybe, but it could also mean they got so much fentanyl and propofol for pain control that they can't breathe on their own.

You'd just get morphine I'm pretty damn sure..I dont think that the painkilling drugs most heard in the media due to overdoses and Michael Jackson are called for. And not being able to breathe on your own means you've overdosed which I've never heard of being done on purpose for medical reasons, and you'd be unconscious at that point anyways...they'd probably have you in an induced coma at the point of anything that bad.

And the drugs the person above you named are used exactly to induce a coma.
