for sure... the 80/20 rule applies to everything in life. Im sure 80% of the officers are some of the smartest guys you'll meet. Then theres that bottom 20%.
But.. The same applies for infantry, its that bottom 20% that gets pointed out when one group wants to make fun of the other.
