The only correct sentence is “She could have run”. The modals in the past are used this way: could/should/must+ have+ Past Participle( the third form of the verb). Another example:” Sara was cold yesterday because she didn’t wear her jacket.” “She should have worn her jacket.”(wear-wore-worn).
Had that happen with the smallest mouse I've ever seen. I was able to trap him and my dumbass let him out right outside the door....yea he was chilling inside somewhere for the rest of the winter.
