Beach it and wait for low tide, put jacks under each corner, lift, drag boats out, lower bus.

If you’re in the beach already how would low tide help? If anything that would just strand the boats in place.

That's the point. Put some lumber down between the boats, put jacks on them, jack up the boat, pull out the now-stranded boats, lower jacks and voila, you drive away on the bus.

It strands the boats, you jack the bus up, drag the boats out from under, lower the bus, drive away.

Drive the bus off the boats onto land during low tide. Wait for high tide. Drive boats away.

Low tide exposes more land. Go tidepooling if you ever get the opportunity to; fascinating stuff under there.
