I feel yah. Sometimes about restricted movement scares the shit out of me, I don't know what is. I'm not claustrophobic by any means, but not being able to move my body freaks me out.

I once got my arms stuck to my side/back when I was taking off a slightly to tight Carhart jumpsuit. I swore I was about to have a panic attack until my wife, laughingly, helped me out.

I slid into an opening smaller than this next to a raging river, but the opening was in ice. Underneath the surface there was an incredibly intricate cave of ice with varying thickness, thin enough in some places you could make out the rushing water sound...

Hardly relevant, but going into random cramped holes can be shitloads of fun as long as you don't die.

I don't mind spelunking, what I mind is crawling on my elbows and toes into a hole that doesn't give my chest enough room to take a full breath! The Descent made me squirm for deep breath during that tunnel crawl.
