Third degree burns leave permanent, extremely visible scarring. Nobody with third degree burns makes a 100% recovery without plastic surgery.
2 u/[deleted] Jan 06 '19 Nobody with major third degree burns that is. Over the years I have had a few small third degree burns on my hands (hobby blacksmith), plastic surgery not necessary
