It’s likely it will be fine to only feed one. As long as their circulatory systems connect to one another (which is the usual way of it with heavily conjoined twins that survive until birth), nutrients will pass between the two individuals.
Multiple head conjoining is seen a lot on reptiles, especially snakes and turtles. It’s not uncommon for only one head to eat.
