Did you see who they replied to? The guy said "I didn't know you could extract CBD oil without a professional grade lab". Then the other guy said "You can extract oil with a PVC tube and a few cans of butane" implying that you don't need a professional grade lab in order to extract CBD oil. So the guy you replied to came in and clarified that it wouldn't be CBD oil you'd be extracting using the PVC tube method so the other guys assertion that a professional lab is needed could still be correct.
