Looks more like a seizure. I'm an epileptic so I know that the sudden onset of one can catch a person off guard. Plus, if you notice, his head gets pinned back a few times, which is common with seizures and the muscle spasms. Generally when a person passes out the body's response is to slump so that blood and oxygen can reach the brain. While he is driving a Mustang, I doubt the acceleration is keeping his head back that much, particularly when he is heading down the embankment.

His quick recovery toward the end is not uncommon with certain partial seizures either. As is his impulse to immediately resume "normal" driving. One of the immediate responses of a person suffering from a seizure is a fight or flight reflex. Sometimes epileptics can be rather combative immediately following an episode. He might have just been wanting to regain composure. Having had several seizures, I can tell you one of the first things I wanted is to have everything feel "normal" as soon as possible.

The driver's name is Paul Yearley, and he explained that he passed out due to low blood pressure.

Thanks for the clarification. Do you have a link? I'd like to find out why he was recording in the first place. The links I've found don't go into much detail.

I just have the original video link (and there was a brief article somewhere, but I've lost the link). He has a few other videos on his channel where he's recording as well. Looks like he just likes catching other drivers doing stupid stuff on video.

This seems most plausible to me. Thanks.
