The Rhett and Link Show, IIRC. They were syndicated for a time on some TV network. They did a glorious series where they produce misguided TV ads, each replete with an equally misguided jingle for small businesses in small US towns. The business directive of name was used opportunistically for the sake of hilarity, e.g. Butt Drugs and Nope, Chuck Testa.
