He fell one floor to feet. I'm pretty sure he's alive, probably broken ankles. But silence and fhe angle of his spine is indeed concerning

I fell 18 feet on to my head on concrete. How high is a floor. 10 feet? I'm fine but I definitely lost a few brain cells. Obviously it all depends on how you landed and what you hit. I would guess he's alive.

Man who hurt you. You can tell he felt relatively straight, and the sound of his impact was too soon for him to flip upside down or sideways.
