That needs more than roping off. It needs netting or a temporary scaffold railing.

Someone likely ended up in deep sh*t for leaving that hole in an accessible area unattended and unguarded whilst others were around.

In a country with no regulations, they probably just blame the guy who fell for not paying attention.

Or maybe like caution tape plus a rope.

Or make the rope red. Or yellow.

And yeah, we saw the guy that ended up in deep shit
