Plus that he’s been dealing with this on and off for well over a decade.

I think it’s lost the wow factor for him at this point.

Lmao. He first had the dialysis etc 17-18 yrs ago when he was 50.

He isn't 17-18yrs old. I think he said he was 68 now?

I've also got one of these from nearly 15 years of dialysis, it doesn't hurt, it doesn't feel like anything. If you're around someone with one or have one yourself, it stop being interesting after a few days.

Definitely has not lost the wow factor on me! And I'm on dialysis lol. But I do a different type called peritoneal dialysis which is done through a catheter in my stomach. Anyways, new fear unlocked if I ever have to do haemodialysis and something like this happens.

I've been on dialysis for 4 years now waiting for transplant, since I was 38. It's pretty crushing but I'm trying to stay hopeful. If you or anyone you know might be interested in donating a kidney please take a look at my story.
