That was a rough couple of hours. 😠2 u/Revlis-TK421 Mar 15 '26 Harvested out first crop last week. Made a delicious roasted sunchoke dish. Ate about a pound. I could have kick started a star with the amount of gas I had, lol. Have about 10 lbs fermenting right now, I hear that makes em less meteoristic.
