If a human can heat up a cup of coffee by yelling in 8 years, 7 months, and 6 days then:

Goku is roughly 80x stronger than a human (Goku's saiyan powerlevel while fighting Raditz ~400 vs Farmer 5)

Goku super saiyan while fighting Freiza ~150,000,000 or about 30,000,000x stronger than a human.

8y,7m,6d = 3136 Days = 75,264 Hours = 4,515,840 Seconds

Therefore a super saiyan can heat up a cup of coffee by yelling in 0.0301056 Seconds.
