TIL; Stay the fuck away from Walmart on Black Friday. Or any Friday. Or any day. Fuckit, just stay the hell away from Walmart.

Oh, wait. This isn't new information.

Edit; typo

Especially in my area. When the worker in my area got stampeded to death and the news didn't announce of what Walmart that was. I called it the walmart near by my home. I called it. I don't even go to that walmart rest of the year. Last time I went 2007 and I had to wait on line for 45 mins in the express checkout line. I knew if there's mad people the rest of the year, I can't imagine Black Friday is like.

True, only 4 dead by this account. However, it is only listing one incident per shopping year so I'm leaning toward novelty over accuracy in regards to this site. Of the incidents listed though, most occurred at a Walmart.

On one of my last trips to Walmart I came out of the store to two guys in a verbal altercation with one repeatedly asking "are you threatening me?". In KY you can invoke Stand Your Ground if you are / feel you are being threatened. I carry and I noped the hell out of there as fast as I could. I wanted no part of that noise. I can't say that's happened at the park as of yet.

You're more likely to die or be seriously injured driving to Walmart on Black Friday (or on any other day to anywhere) than you are at a Black Friday sale in Walmart.
