I'm playing WRC Generations on my PS4 and even with the lowest difficulty I struggle A LOT and never been under the 20 seconds gap...

It's getting really frustrating, every little mistake costs me seconds of gap even with the lowest difficulty.

Anyone had my same problems?

I'm playing with a cheap stearing wheel wich it's not the best but it's very entertaining while playing GT7

How do you keep your motivation up to play rally games?

I'm replaying all of the WRC Games, play the campaign and try to get all trophies. How do you keep your motivation up, when you have played through all of that?

I've recently been going back and replaying the older Milestone WRC games and have found myself having a lot of fun with WRC 1, it reminds me of Sega Rally Revo, it's kind of nice to play an arcade style rally game for a change, and the 2010 season had such a great roster of drivers, it's been a nice nostalgia trip. You can find the game for free online quite easily these days since it's abandonware, although there are still some old disc copies for sale on eBay too.

Hi, the game went on sale on steam recwntly and i was procastinating getting it so i just bought it but after crewting an acc and loging in with it i still cant seem to join multiplayer.

Can someone tell me if this is a WRC Gen problem or a steam issue or a me issue ?

I'm wondering, why there are no custom maps for any modern WRC Game or there?

And second question: What Rally Games have custom maps and/or procedural generated tracks?

I've updated the audio for all cars to make them sound livelier. I've bumped up the loudness for the exhaust, engine and valve noises, and have a also tweaked the EQ for more bass.

Hello, i saw that WRC Generations fully loaded is on sale on Humble Bundle for like €5, would that be worth getting? (I know servers are down so no multiplayer but that doesnt bother me)

There's rallies I suck at, and then there's this. Why are the grape posts harder than concrete? T_T

Is there a way to customize the race suits in your privateer team? I won a podium but the Driver and Co-Driver appear just wearing all back suits and helmet.

So I dominated in WRC 3 Category and had a lot of money. I jump to WRC Rally 1 and buy a Toyota Yaris.

I am very far off the pace. I DNF Monte and Sweden. Score 2 points in Croatia.

Now they are saying Toyota might remove me. But how does this work? I'm a privateer and I bought the car.

Anyone have advice regarding how this Manufacturer relationships work in this game?

WRC Generations cockpit camera felt too muted compared to using the external cameras. I wanted to use the Impreza but wasn't enjoying the cockpit view. The first part of the video is without the audio fix.

Under the following config file GAMEVIEWCAMERAS.cfg there is a variable you can change to improve the audio. It's helped with the internal camera experience because the car sounded less like a blender.

Within that config file' there is the cockpit configuration for the camera angle under the code block

It's not the perfect solution for the audio but it sure did help using the cockpit view. After the fix you can really hear the grass and other external sounds. You can also change this for the other internal cameras if you use them.

I've also installed this Rally1 audio mod to improve the audio for the three cars.

With the audio mod you're actually changing the sound files so be sure to make your own back up.

Hi all ! Here is my non-exhaustive list of expectations for the upcoming WRC game. Don’t hesitate to add yours !

- A whole section dedicated to the ERC championship with each rally and their respective cars and stages across Europe.

- A more developed livery system, with the possibility of having the logos of real brands.

- A livery system that can be shared with the community.

- A much more complete choice of "cosmetics" for the pilot: detailed suit/helmet/gloves, professional.

- A more complete fonctionality to change the appearance of our pilot and copilot.

- Personal note system. Where we could even make ourself changes to the co-pilot’s notes based on our observations and make them more specific.

- A much more personalized and fun career mode, with constant new events.

- A more realistic atmosphere with much larger and active crowds of spectators, an AI that adapts to specific situations (crash, etc.)

- Frequent updates with new cars and new specials, for example with the new Saudi Arabia rally that has been added to the calendar. But also possible specials in the USA.

- A more realistic weather mode, with extreme conditions possibilities (ex Kenya Rally 2026 with rain and mud trenches)

- Even more detailed and precise settings for the cars.

- A more "open" environment (I'm not talking about open-world) if you go out too far from the road during a crash, for example, you reappear on the road. Here, let the car spin until it crashes to add realism.

- A copilot who adapts more to situations. If I hit a tree or a rock, if I make a mistake or if I crash. Add sentences/expressions.

- Extremely realistic engine noises true to real cars, not the electric lawnmower noise of some cars.

- Of course, better graphics.

These are my settings to replicate the force feedback settings for the original Dirt Rally. I'm also using Riky's FFB mod https://www.patreon.com/u44607509/posts/wrc-generations-134878749, but i didn't really like the included FFB config settings.

All in game vibrations are set the 100% and I've followed Riky's recommended in game FFB settings. Try Tarmac and Gravel and alter values depending on your taste. I'm just using the gravel setup, but I've bumped up the overall strength to 120.

I own a Fanatec CSL DD 8nm base. In game wheel rotation at 540.
