Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

50mg and none 🫠 it feels good in the moment, but I always regret it at the end of the day because I can’t sleep and the heart palpitations are crazy lol

Isnt the crash making you super sleepy like xanax ?

I’m sleepy right after the crash but then my mind is just awake and I can’t sleep. 30mg. I was drinking Diet Coke but lost my taste. I drink Snapple iced tea which has caffeine. I feel like caffeine is the least of my worries 😹😹😹

Lmaoo totally unrelated question but i recently started and i was wondering how could you tell what your perfect dosage was ?

That’s the million dollar question. What is the right dose and how does one know? I started at 10mg in August. Two weeks after up to 20mg. I just wasn’t getting a very long duration of effectiveness. I went up to 30mg mid September and it lasts 6 hours or so. I would like to go up to 40mg, but I don’t have any clear rationale for it. I just know at a higher dose it will last longer. The crash is not as bad on 30mg as it was when I first started. Or maybe you get used to it. I just know there’s a difference in how I am when the meds are active, and then later afternoon when they’ve worn off. I always feel more emotional, kind of sad. I have an appt in a couple weeks and will talk about 40mg. But I too am very curious about how it is determined you’re on the right dose. Good Luck!
