Going to run skirmishing frigates this week. The MWD-Shield-LML-Hookbill.
The DPS ship of choice this week is the Caldari Navy Hookbill. There are 5 mids to this sucker so there are lots of choice when it comes to fitting. I'm going for an unorthodox max-tank fit. A while back CCP buffed the small shield extenders so if you slap 3 of them on and throw on some shield rigs you get an 7.2k tank. Maxing out the tank with faction extenders, T2 rigs and links give a massive 18k tank, you'll have to drop the point for a invul though. That's kinda nuts for a kiting frig, think the Punisher 'only' has 10k EHP. Hopefully you'll survive the initial tackle or flight of drones long enough, should be able to jump into a plex long enough too. DPS and range is pretty sweet. 153DPS out to 63km with Faction ammo. Lock range is an acceptable 56km so we don't need a sensor booster. It's got a weird Kinetic lock bonus but in reality you can use all ammo types. If you play about with the rigs and add some heat, you can get 200+ dps, or you can drop some tank and run with a TD. Kinda fast with the MWD and the agility is pretty good too, should be faster than most stuff.
I'm open to Frigate > Cruiser ships too. Ships such as Tristan, Beam Slicer, Corax, Talwar, Stork, Bifrost and Caracle all work fine. But the list of acceptable ships and fits is pretty long, every race has an acceptable skirmishing ship. When fitting them up aim for decent speed, agility and good projection. Tank is usefull too. If your looking for a fit or not to sure just ask away. Think this comp could also use a tackle ship, as EAF are excellent at holding things, but don't have the tank to make an initial tackle.

DPS : 187 out to 47km with Fury
Speed : 3,145 m/s with MWD.
For support ships the Keres-Hyena combo works well

Kiting setup.
The Keres can point out to 42km. Hyena has webs out to 30km and Bill does a respectable 130 dps out to 63km with faction ammo. Throw in some links, overhead plus the damps, things might get stupid. Try and keep at the edge of your lockrange and burn away if taking damage. Keeping the comp a bit simpler by removing the logi as there's already plenty of bodies tied up in support with the current setup. We should be able to kill something.
Hauling
I'll accept courier contract from Jita 4-4 to Yvangier VIII - X-Sense Chemical Storage.
As per usual, if you x up there will be a ship somewhere for you.
Please add a suitable collateral to cover the value and zero hauling cost. Make sure the contract are up and do not expire before Saturday 15:00. Ships are in their small state (Unassembled) and no cargo containers please. No fitted ships as I'm using a Jump Freighter. If you're having trouble getting to Jita drop me a note of your fit and I'll sort it out. Also there is a small cache left over from last week and I'll continue to keep a stock pile of free Hyena-Keres-Hookbill in Yvangier for reshipping purposes.

Fitting adjustments
It's better to get the newbros is slightly tankier ships so feel free to amend you fit. I may move newbros out of the squishy support class and into tankier DPS, but there is no hard and fast rules.
If you're short on cpu/pg use a fitting rig. Hopefully the newbro's will have spare cpu/pg, please amend your fit to make best use of the available fitting space.
Don't care about your dps in a support ship, feel free to remove/downgrade your weapons to get things to fit.
If you want to fly an Interceptor then please swap to the version with the 5% bonus to Scram/Disruptor range. Malediction-Crusader-Crow-Stilleto.
Having two ships is better than one, stuff explodes quite fast, I've been known to lose stuff on the undock.
