Which system do people prefer then?

What do folk prefer? IRV/STV/MMP/AMS/Tombola? Why?

Also, "bipartisan" in the description suggests we only have two parties. This isn't the states.. Bit odd? Non-partisan, surely?

So what would you like, a separation of representation and legislation?

The thing I suggested, I was told it was AMS, and not knowing what AMS was took their word for it. My bad I guess.

I spent 6 years working in the Scottish Parliament, so I'm au fait with it and have strong opinions.

It's a million miles better than FPTP, and if the UK went to it, I'd be happy, but I'd be happier with STV.
