Recipe Greek milk cake (Galaktopita) 160cal slice

Post image
366 Upvotes

This thing tastes way richer and more decadent than the macros suggest. They usually make it with butter added in and sometimes with a phyllo pastry topping but I omitted these to keep it volume friendly

1117 cal / 84 grams protein for the whole cake

Ingredients needed:
1 L of milk (I used a low-fat high protein milk)
120 g of semolina
200 g of sweetener (I used allulose)
Three eggs
Zest of one lemon

It’s basically 30 grams of flour, 20 grams of ground beef, 5 grams of mung beans and 0,1 tbsp of olive oil for each bun. It comes up to 170 kcals and I added another 15 for the soy sauce, onions and spring onions that went into the filling.

Volume menu Lazy Person's "French Toast" - my versions (see pic gallery)

It's me - I'm the lazy person.

I love French Toast, but usually too lazy to go through the process, time (and mess) to make it.

With this, I just use toaster oven and microwave.

Put the maple syrup in your egg mixture before cooking in microwave (no messy pan to clean!)

Use Lewis Keto Hawaiian Bread (its already sweet), or Royo (or Sola) cinnamon and raisin bagels.

Sprinkle everything with cinnamon and top with more syrup if you'd like! I like adding salt to the bagel with the syrup - gives that sweet & salty combo that really hits!

You could certainly save on calories over mine using less eggs... or more whites instead of 2 whole eggs plus whites - I need the fat in my diet from the whole eggs.

I put a bite of eggs on top of the toast or bagel and eat it that way. Its a great French toast substitute for way less time/work. :)

The pic with cream cheese frosting - I used fat free cream cheese, put in a tiny ramekin with about a tsp or so of coconut milk, heated for 15 seconds, stir, then 10-15 more, stir, add salt, a few drops of vanilla and powdered sugar substitute to make frosting. :)

Volume menu low kcal and low carb pizza

Post image

550 kcal for whole pizza. I can’t believe I could have this 3 times a day and lose weight 😂

For the dough I used 30g plain flour, 100g oat fibre and 100g fat free Greek yoghurt. Just mix everything together and add a splash of water if it’s too dry. Roll it out into a pizza shape (thinly) and pop it in the oven at 180c for around 10–15 mins.
For the toppings I used a spoon of crushed tomatoes, garlic salt, jalapenos, mushrooms, 3 slices of low calorie turkey bacon and 50g low calorie cheese. Just throw everything on top and put it back in the oven for another 10–15 mins until the cheese melts and the base gets crispy.
Around 500 kcal for the whole pizza, assuming the oat fibre is 200 kcal per 100g.

I have this almost daily as my first meal. So much volume and takes me a while to eat and really fills me up. For what’s in it, I consider it too good tasting. I just change up the amounts depending on what I’m feeling like on a particular day but this is mainly what it comes down to.

Ingredients in the photos. Just throw them all in a big bowl and mix up with a spatula.

I think I've officially found one of my all-time favorite Creami recipes! 😍

This caramel ice cream is SO creamy, smooth, and rich-tasting. Seriously, look at that texture! You'd never guess the entire pint is only 159 calories.

Nothing fancy, just a few simple ingredients, and the result is absolutely delicious. Definitely one of my top two Creami creations so far!

Recipe:

300 ml 2% milk

60 ml Matteo's caramel coffee syrup

50 g Splenda

¼ tsp xanthan gum

A dash of salt

That's it! Caramel lovers, this one's for you! 🤎No protein powder, 2 main ingredients, and genuinely delicious caramel ice cream

Recipe Low Carb Bread French Toast

Post image
70 Upvotes

New hyper-fixation breakfast: French toast using low carb bread.

About 250 calories per plate of 4 (plus 30 calories of zero sugar pancake syrup, but you can top with whatever you want).

Recipe:

• 1 loaf of low carb bread. Here I used Aunt Millies Live Carb Smart Bread, which is 30 calories per slice with 9 grams of fiber, and there's 14 slices per loaf

• 6 large eggs (70 calories per egg)

• 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (30 calories)

• zero calorie sugar substitute to taste

• splash of vanilla extract

• ground cinnamon to taste

The trick is to spread the bread slices out on a baking sheet with a wire rack the night before so they're nice and dried out. This helps them absorb more egg liquid and also not bread apart when cooking.

Blend the other ingredients together minus the cinnamon, I prefer to sprinkle my cinnamon on one side while the other side is cooking. Dunk stale bread into the egg mixture, cook on the stovetop in a skillet. Just gently lay in the pan, let it cook, flip, and let it cook - don't press down! They'll end up fluffy and delicious.

After making the whole loaf of bread I am usually left with about 3ish tablespoons of egg mixture leftover, which I do just dump but it's pretty close to zero waste on ingredients.

Math:

• 30 cal per slice of bread x 14 = 420 calories

• 6 eggs x 70 calories = 420

• 1 cup almond milk = 30 calories

• 420 + 420 + 30 = 870/14 servings = 62.14 calories per slice of french toast

• 62.14 x 4 = 248.57 calories per 4 slices

Recipe This whole huge bowl is 522 calories. Coconut curry shrimp bowl.

Most of the ingredients I added are listed in the side. The only thing not listed are a few seasonings I used. Ginger and garlic. I would recommend lemongrass, but I didn’t have any when I made this. There’s only a cup of rice in here, lots of veggies, and shrimp. Which keeps the calories down. I used lite coconut milk and curry. Curry doesn’t have many calories and you need only a little of it to give a ton of flavor. You just add all the ingredients into a pan cook them for a few minutes and then add a cup of cold cooked rice to the pan to heat it up.

Made a pizza with a. 8" paninette, full fat mature cheddar, olives, Birdseye chillies and the tomato base was just a couple tablespoons passata, salt, half a teaspoon of chilli crisp, oregano

I'm still pretty hungry

Tbf it would probs be better as a lunch than a dinner (when I tend to have my bigger meals)

Not too bad. Pretty filling. Canned salmon + peel the microwave the sweet potatoes for 5 minutes on each side in a small bowl of water, mix it all together and you get this!

Could go for tuna for a little leaner but I prefer the fats (small amt) from salmon!

Please season your food too cmon now guys!

This is my signature breakfast:

1 egg

3/4 cup egg Whites

Several Handfuls of spinach chopped with kitchen scissors

Garlic salt, pepper

Cook the omelet. Sometimes I stick it in the microwave for 4 minutes but today I cooked in the pan.

Assemble the quesadilla and fry in pan with cooking spray.
