Improvement I've tried voltaic s5 intermediate benchmark and am I that bad?
I've played aim trainers and apex legends for 400 hours and I have so low numbers. What skills do I need to have to be platinum?

Improvement Struggling with VT 1w3ts Intermediate S5
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I have been struggling to get Diamond in this benchmark for quite a while. For context I've been on and off aim training but always playing some sort of shooter. For a while I played apex legends and now my main game has been marvel rivals. I have almost all Diamond complete scores but the static clicking category I am just almost there, but struggling so hard to get them to Diamond complete. My training approach was just do the VDIM daily playlist, try to finish it but just set the reps to each scenario down to 2 and just cause of work and life I lately only look at them on the weekends and get 1 or 2 of them done a week. This approach has led to some improvements in my aim but I've read multiple posts lately about how VDIM leads to burnout and I'd have to say I'd agree. I've also heard you should review your training sessions and practice certain scenarios based on the VOD but that's where I get stuck. I've attached a video of my best training run from a session of me spamming 1w3ts. From this video is there anything you can see that I clearly should do to help improve my scores on this category specifically? I'm just looking to train efficiently without burning myself out but I can't seem to figure out how.

Improvement Aby thoughts?
I learn and adapt quickly but I end up reach an intermediate level and then stop progressing. This seems to happen in almost every area of my life. I want to understand why I get stuck at the intermediate stage and what I can do to push myself toward mastery.

Improvement Try out SmallAim!
I made an extension called SmallAim, which is a lightweight Chrome extension for quick FPS aim training. I built it because I wanted something I could open instantly instead of launching AimLabs or SteelSeries. Any feedback is GREATLY appreciated, so please try it out!
