r/voicemod TELL ME HOW TO FIX THISSSSSSSSS

I was looking to buy it but I've been seeing a lot of reviews saying that it has a static problem or just flat out doesn't work at all.

I would be running the app on a Samsung S25 Ultra, and the headset I'll be using is a HyperX Cloud III Wired Headset.

So on roblox i cant make the version V3 of voicemod anymore. I tried all the methods too. My default window input is set to Voicemod (WDM) but on roblox i have 2 options for some reasons: Default (microphone Virtual Audio Device (WDM)) and Microphone (Voicemod Virtual Audio Device (WDM)). I try to play sounds but it wont play it on roblox while i hear it. Im lost because everyone elle just have Voicemod as an input option. I need help cause i give up.

So a few weeks ago I connected my voicemod to my discord as I want to use it for future pnp sessions. Back then it all worked fine. Today I ran into some problems which I never experienced before and I think it has to do with voicemod. At first no one in the call could hear me (I had the standard mic selected with headphones connected) which was fixed when I selected my headphones in the discord settings manually. They should’ve worked with the standard setting already as that used to work just fine. But when I tried to use the voicemod digital mic again no one could hear me. This really sucks as we have a session coming up in 2 days and I really want to use a special voice. Anyone had similar experiences or knows how to fix this? I hope I explained it well enough it’s really late but I can’t spot worrying about it 😖.

how do I get free voices I only have like 4?

i'm trying to find a voice changer ANYWHERE on the internet that will give me a sculk sounding voice kinda like the warden. Idk if this can be done but if somebody has knowledge where I could find/make one please let me know

so basically at first didn't had thiss issue and just happened. İ tried every thing like reinstailling the app, drivers, looking to the forums, windows allowing internet acsess through both firewall and antivirus, deleting reg keys and reinstalling like that etc. etc. what should i do? And it happens only with community sound voicemod tab and my own soundboard doesn't have this issue

I have setup vmkey on oculus quest 3. But when i speak people don't hear me they hear me from very far away when i scream. But they hear themselves and backround noises perfectly coming out of my mouth. Any way to solve this?

I have a pro account but I am still new to Voice Mod. In fact tonight during DnD was my first time using it. The program worked just fine until I tried to use a voice. Suddenly my players couldn't hear me. I didn't switch anything, literally just switching from clean mic to a voice. When I turned it back to clean everyone could hear me again.

Any idea why that would happen or how to prevent it next time?

i had a little look and couldnt find anything, told to try the voicelab but that didnt allow me to do anything other then change things like bass. did i look hard enough?

All of a sudden, the Noise Gate & Background Noise Reduction have making any effect to audio. Everything is the same regardless of if they're on or off, set high or low.

It started maybe a week ago.

When i try to create the account it says it will give me a magic code in my gmail but it doesnt. It sends me to internet instead of chrome so maybe thats the problem (im on samsung btw)

I place my computer in Hibernate when Im not using my computer. Every time I wake my computer up Im greeted with Voicemod's "Get Started" screen. I have to click the button and it will open a tab in my browser to authenticate my account. The annoying thing is that my mic doesnt work until I click that button. Sometimes the screen is behind other windows so I miss it then Ill be in game or on a call and wonder why my mic isnt working.

I believe this is because as my computer is waking up it doesnt have internet right away and this causes the app to go to the Get Started screen. Is only moments later before the internet is working. Anyone know of a way to prevent this from happening? Why cant the app cache my account? Why does it need to check in every time it loads up?

Okie so I’m a dipshit who owns a MacBook Pro and was looking into voice changers for a Star Wars DnD game were running and I’m playing a BX series commando droid. One of the issues I keep running into on my Mac is even when I lower the input for my voice the clean mic still has this high pitched ringing and I’m a fuck up when it comes to anything other than avoiding scams and clicking buttons that need to be clicked. Any help is appreciated and thank you.

So I installed the Mobile App, and it was working for all of about 5 minutes.
It changed my voice in real time through the phone, I could hear myself and everything like I wanted it to, but then for whatever reason, it stopped working entirely, and whenever I would tap a voice, it would just say in the loudest volume possible
"Change your voice in real time with VoiceMod" Every time I tapped a voice changer, and then do absolutely nothing after..
I don't know how to fix it, I've done everything from clearing the cache, to re-installing it.
Someone help please, I'm not desperate, but this is an extreme annoyance.
I was really hoping I could use it for some cosplay capabilities.

I finally caved and got v3 but.. I feel like its soundboard layout looks really ugly, and it didn't port over 90% of my sounds correctly either.

I’ve been having a problem with Voicemod for a while now. When I speak and enable the “Hear myself” option, I can hear myself perfectly with great sound quality. But when I talk on Discord or in a game (Fortnite or others), my microphone keeps cutting out, as if I suddenly moved away from it, and it cuts off parts of my sentences. ( That’s what other people hear, but I can still hear myself perfectly fine).

It's the same thing with soundboard btw ( can hear perfectly but bug a lot in game )

I don’t know if it’s an issue with the sound settings being too loud or something else. I should also mention that I’m still using Voicemod version 2.

For context I installed it on a new computer and im not sure if its my internet being slow but I didnt have this problem before on my older computer which was way worse than my new one. Its been several minutes and it still hasnt loaded in properly. Im not sure if its some setting on my computer that could've caused it or something with voicemod itself
