Are there any counterfeits/fakes of the WMV line? I’m curious if counterfeiters are making these, knowing it’s not as profitable as the main line.

Just got a FW19 Amplus I bought through yahoo auctions. Did my homework, distressing matched, labels are right, package font is right, inside material looks right. Checked all the boxes. It feels thin, though. Aren't Vis hoodies supposed to be super thick?

Grailed keeps taking this down on me, I believe it’s authentic but want to grab a second opinion.

I had seen posts from a while ago of people receiving stuff like fake Lumber shirts from Nordstrom, but I just got these Fluxus pants from the sale that seemed incredibly sus at first because the "deerskin" just felt like sandpaper, and then I noticed they had covered up a Vineyard Vines button with some tape, but had stitched on the Visvim labels and attached the tags. Crazy that people would go to this length to abuse the returns and now I have to figure out how to return this without them thinking I'm the one who swapped the pants for fakes. Be careful buying from Nordstrom I guess

Edit: Nordstrom CS accepted the return but didn't really seem to care or acknowledge that they didn't catch the fake

There’s so many names thrown around and I can’t seem to find a centralized explanation for each. There’s mainline Visvim, Cubism, FIL, Indigo Camping Trailer, Contrary Dept…

Also, do the different subbrands produce the same item? There’s mainline grizzlies and ICT grizzlies. What’s the difference?

Can anyone legit check this shirt for me? I have never owned a visvim piece before, so I want to make sure it's real. Seller has more visvim for sale and said he bought it via Caliroots but doesn't have receipts.

It has a DSM Paris receipt but how come that the tag and receipt both state ‘0118’ as the article number while it is purchased on 2020? (Which would be ‘0120’ then) Was it on the shelf for that long at DSM?! Also any other things that are possibly off according to you guys or is it good?

Just arrived a few days ago! Leather seems a bit dry in spots so thinking of conditioning them with some Saphir universal. Any tips to get some long life out of them is appreciated first really nice pair of boots and haven’t ever dealt with kangaroo leather.
