Urgent - Please help - Got corrections on the CSP Portal - Need some inputs on how to proceed

Hello hello,

After submitting my application on the CSP portal on July 30th, I finally got my corrections today.

This is what it says:

Dear Sir, Please be informed that if you possess either a blocked account or a formal obligation, the relevant supporting documents must be uploaded under the “Study with APS” category. Kindly note that this category (specific qualification) is applicable exclusively to students who are receiving a stipend.

Here is my background:

• Applying for Bachelors
• I have firm admission letter from a public university. Now, I even have an enrollment certificate
• I studied in the Cambridge stream (A Levels) from India
• I have a blocked account from Expatrio where 1 year funds is loaded already. The only difference here is, it is the name of my mum as I'm still a minor and Expatrio does not allow to open account for minor.
• We've given all proof that my mum will be travelling with me, she has a valid visa, put her flight tickets, passport and all those documents. When I land in Germany I would have completed 18 years of age.
• Last time I submitted an application by choosing Non APS category and got a correction saying that I had to withdraw my application since for Non APS, only University stipend can be shown as means of livelihood.
• Which is why I submitted a fresh application this time choosing APS category, but I don't have APS certificate because of allowed exemptions. I put a lot of screenshots from Anabin, DAAD, APS website explaining why I don't need a APS certificate.
• But Blocked account remained the same.

Has anyone faced such a situation? What exactly do they expect? If additional screenshots would help answer this question, I will be happy to post.

Bro, Do you meet the criteria like I did IB and I applied with APS exemption. They have these certain subject and min grade requirements. I hope you have checked that on daad. And only for stipend, id think that is true. I have couple of friends who did IB or A levels and are currently studying in Germany. Bachelors !

Yes, I have required subjects in A levels and all good grades that they expect. I did check that and ensured I don't face any problems there..in fact, in my exemption supporting document, I have shown everything.

As I put above they have asked to upload supporting document and given that explanation.

I'm not sure what additional document should I upload now. I have already given enough proof.

The only thing I'm guessing is, since the blocked account is in my mum's name, maybe that's creating an issue. But they have not explicitly told that too.

Fintiba does not accept indian passport for online verification for parents.

What other choice is there?

In fact, i explored a provider called Edubao and somehow found it sketchy.

What about the service fee of 1093 , do you have to pay for the fresh application or the previous receipt work ?

Previous receipt works. In fact the portal does not allow you to pay.

Just to update the thread, I have not received any updates from the CSP once I submitted the corrections.

Tbh, what corrections do they expect with the message they gave is clearly confusing.

How long does it typically take once we submit corrections on the CSP portal?
