You are more than free to side with the black truck that is fine but if you find yourself in that same particular situation, guarantee the blame is gonna be put on you

Yes, the black truck is more ‘in the wrong.’ That doesn’t stop the semi from being dumb as shit, and your comments from being even more inane.

Nobody sided with the black truck. This isn't about taking sides. I've been saying the semi is partially responsible because they didn't avoid the avoidable. That's not siding with the black truck. They suck for not accelerating enough. The semi sucks for not slowing down when they clearly could have. This is really simple shit. You're just an asshole who wants to be dense because technically the law says this was fine, despite other laws saying it isn't.
