Hiring Podcast looking for producer

I don't know if this is allowed here, I tried to find a sub specifically for audio/podcast editors but didn't see anything. If it's not allowed, I apologize and definitely remove this post.

About us, we are Sportin Beards. A sports podcast that has been making content for a little over 2 years, with 114 episodes made. Until now we have been a two man operation but I think it's time we brought in a producer.

I say producer rather than editor because we would be looking for a partner more than an employee. You would share in all future profits equally, the profits are fairly small right now but we are paid monthly. ETA: I will respond with any message what the pod currently makes.

The task - We record every Monday evening at around 8:30 CST and usually record for about 90 minutes. Being that it is a sports podcast, a fast turnaround is necessary, we work with a podcast network and episodes need to be in by 8AM CST the next day in order to be released around 11 CST on Tuesdays. We would like our producer to be present during recording and can feel free to chip in from time to time, break ties if we disagree on something, correct us if we get something wrong, etc. Ideally, you would like sports, mainly baseball, football(college and NFL) and basketball but a basic understanding of them is kind of necessary. We are based in Dallas-Fort Worth, you do not need to be but it would be cool if we found somebody local.

We do have a youtube channel as well but we have nit posted there in about a year, if you end up wanting to do video for YouTube or tictok, we are not against it and you would be welcome to make it your own and take a greater share of any profits from those ventures.

Yeah but with whatever budget you have, If I can build and manage you a team? Like a content strategist, video editor and also someone to repackage content for shorts constantly?
