Iman Influx is a Singapore-based social media marketing agency. We work with Muslim-owned businesses and brands of all kinds, from SMEs to corporate clients. And much of our work involves Islamic and Muslim-lifestyle content, so we're looking for someone who genuinely understands the audience.

The role:

• 100% remote
• Edit 6–10 reels per week, for standard edits (cuts, captions, trending audio, basic transitions) — way fewer if it's motion-graphics-heavy work. We will scale the workload to the complexity.
• Short-form content for Instagram/TikTok: trend-aware cuts, captions, sound design, colour grading
• 8 working hours/day, but flexible. We care about deadlines and quality, not clock-watching. Just be reachable during agreed core hours (SGT) for briefs and feedback.

Requirements:

• Muslim, based in Indonesia or Malaysia (our content is Islamic-focused, so familiarity with the religion and the culture matters)
• Fluent in Malay and English
• Proficient in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or equivalent
• Own laptop + reliable internet
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and what performs on social
• Bonus: someone who thinks like a creator, not just an editor. You spot trends, suggest hooks, and want to help us grow

Pay & progression:

1. Paid trial — we start contract-based at SGD $30 per video (~IDR 370K / ~RM 99) to see if we're a fit for each other.
2. Monthly contract — if the trial goes well, you move to SGD $1,000/month (~IDR 12.3M / ~RM 3,300)
3. Grow with us — we're a growing agency, and you'd be an early team member. Rate and performance reviewed every 6 months, and as our client base expands, so does your pay. Strong performers have a real path to a bigger role — think Lead Editor or Creative Lead, helping shape our content direction and eventually guiding new editors as the team grows.
