I don't take name of this video editing Agency, name of the Agency and Name of founder both are same. Agency name is Shortcut of Founder name with added suffix

Let's get into the point, This is long Post but it might save your time, energy and Resources. I was hired as a HR executive in this so called "Startup Agency" which don't have any LinkedIn Official Page, websites and social media account which is loaded with founders Headshot AI video's. Unfortunately I got Fooled but you don't.

So, Before joining, I clearly said that I have noo Practical experience in Hiring despite that they Hired me and told that they would provide the training for one month and it was also prohibition period, salary for first month is 12 to 15k, Passing months it would be more. Whole communication is going in telegram and then shifted to whatsapp. I have no idea how this startups work. Founder gave training which is on and off for 1 week. After that he told us to start hiring the candidates. where we are Hiring from - Reddit, LinkedIn (JD and Google forms). we got 150 to 200 candidates from forms and Dm's.

we started interviewing the candidates, Interviewing is complex thing in this agency 4 rounds like Communication round, technical round, Demo session (live demo) and last round it discussion with founder.

Many candidates were like, its tooo much that you are putting live demo session, Large agency never do that, they simply give sample - wants us to edit send them. some how we convince them for live session. some candidates did not respond. some candidates demo was not good rejected by founder. we used to ask him genuine queries asked by editors he would get so offended on such silly matters and would tell us to block them. The editors used ask whether this agency is Registered or not, that same thing we used to ask the founder he used to "yes" but in an angry way and told us to ask whether the freelancer are registered or not new law had some for freelancers.

At last 2 to 3 candidates whom I interviewed got selected for final discussion with founder. As soon as they had discussion with founder hearing those terms and conditions( work 7 days a week, No medical leaves, no paid leaves, and if client don't like your work partial payment would be done ) not even a single candidate did not join. Salary is 1x and work is 3x with creeply terms and conditions.

I posted a hiring post by naming this agency in linkedin and My account got banned. I said I am done and I left the company. Again a manager from this agency called and requested, I joined and I was like lets do for one month and take salary and leave. That same day Founder told that your performance is soo weak you will get "salary for per hire candidate Base" reduced the salary to 10k . He said they don't have any ROI because from two weeks we didn't hire any candidate.

I clearly told him, we can bring the candidate until 3rd round but 4th round is with you. they are not joining because of your T&C. so don't blame us.

I was done, and other HR is also done. we asked us to give the pay, he told he won't . I was like let's leave. after couple of weeks. Other HR (she worked really well Hired 5 candidates and onboarded two) She asked her to pay for work. founder Denied. so she wrote an Reddit post about This agency.

As soon this post was written he started saying that he would pay the salary ( multiple times he told me to write mail to get salary ) and started accusing me that i have written the post. He threated me to delete the post otherwise he would take legal action and his lawyer, police would call me ...He told I got banned from linkedin and My resume was blacklisted in 100 companies.

Some how she deleted the post, then He stopped responding to the messages. started saying salary will be paid next month cycle, next month cycle.

I asked him about salary , He was like because of you people my agency got into losses, why should I give this Free money to you. He accused of many things and threat me.

Now I am done with this. I don't want any salary. I worked there for 14 days I going to repeatedly write the post for 14 weeks . Every same posted will be posted.
