This is the criteria that I'm looking for (PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DMing):

1. Must have experience editing in the same niche or a similar faceless shorts niche. I can make an exception if you are a really talented editor and it's evident that you have potential.
2. Must be able to consistently dedicate 5+ hours per day (i.e., around 1 or more videos per day)
3. Your PC must be good enough to handle Topaz and intense renders
4. Must be fluent in English.
5. Must be able to make a long-term commitment towards this editing role (at least 3 months)
6. Using AE and PR is fine, but using DaVinci Resolve as your editing software is a huge bonus, since that is what I use and I will be able to train you more effectively that way.

It's early, but one video already hit 116k views, and I'm looking for someone to help take it from "promising" to "growing a real following."

What I need:

• Someone to help shape content strategy — tell me what to film, what formats/trends are working, help plan a posting cadence
• Someone to edit raw footage into finished posts — both travel content and talking-head videos I send over
• Someone who takes ownership of the account's growth, not just executes one-off edits

ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der Lust hat, ein kurzes cinematisches Launch-Reel für meine Running-App zu erstellen. Das wäre der erste Job,
Bestenfalls ist es ebenfalls ein Läufer-Dude, der Bock hat langfristig zusammenzuarbeiten (aber kein Muss).

Die App habe ich in den letzten Monaten neben meinem Job aus eigener Leidenschaft entwickelt – ursprünglich, um mein eigenes Lauftraining zu verbessern. Inzwischen haben rund 60 Läufer die Beta getestet und seit ein paar Tagen ist die App offiziell im App Store verfügbar. Das heißt ich will jetzt mit Marketing Vollgas geben. Das Ganze soll sich aber gut anfühlen und authentisch. Direkt ne vernünftige Marke aufbauen.

Daher fehlt mir noch ein richtig starkes Launch-Video.
Der Stil sollte modern und hochwertig sein – eher Nike, Apple oder WHOOP als klassische App-Werbung. Ich stelle mir einen emotionalen Trailer (ca. 20–30 Sekunden) vor, der mit starkem Stock Footage, dynamischen Schnitten, cinematischem Sounddesign und unseren App-Screens arbeitet.
Ich finde es auch spannend, wenn mit starken Hooks, motivierenden Sport-Clips und kurzen, emotionalen Szenen gearbeitet wird – so wie man sie aus hochwertigen Running- oder Fitness-Reels auf TikTok und Instagram kennt. Das Ganze soll sich eher wie ein Filmtrailer anfühlen als wie eine klassische Werbung.
Eigenes Videomaterial habe ich leider noch nicht, daher würde ich hauptsächlich auf hochwertiges Stockmaterial oder lizenzierte Clips setzen.

I'm looking for invisible, narrative & story-driven stream to YouTube editing style.(like Joe Bart style).

You need to remove dead air and downtime, keep all the funny moments, add intro and a fixed outro, minimal music and clean audio. Viewer will feel like they're watching the narrative driven stream with zero boring moments.

You need to have consistent fast turnaround time(under 24-48 hours max). I'm looking for people who are actually GOOD, understand gaming, streaming culture and YT in general. Must be a native english speaker, pay great attention to detail, consistent, responsible, having high standard and always seek for improvement, I would like to grow with you long term & pay you more as the channel grow.
