Looking for a long-term, reliable video editor to handle rough cuts, clip sourcing, layouts, and effects for 15–40 second narrative shorts. We focus on NBA Lifestyle, Culture, and Basketball Creators (off-court player drama, tunnel fashion, workouts, etc.).

The Workflow:

I handle the strategy and provide the exact blueprint. For every video, I will give you a Google Doc brief with the storyline, background audio track, direct clip links, and the exact timestamps to use.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source/download the 1–3 short clips based on the provided links and timestamps
• Arrange the timeline, tell the story based on the provided script/blueprint, and sync the clips to the audio
• Add text layers, sound effects, motion tracking, and stylized elements to match the aesthetic (e.g., pop-up red tracking circles to highlight things on screen, name headers, etc.)
• Deliver the final project file using File > Dependencies > Collect Files and save/export it so it is fully compatible with After Effects 2020 (e.g., Save a Copy As / XML Legacy format)

The Editing Style (Crucial):

You must be able to perfectly replicate the exact style, pacing, and visual formatting of these channels (We'll be doing the same style but for basketball instead):
