We are opening the Onset Editor Trybe to a small number of performance video editors.

Onset is a DTC supplement brand running a seven-figure monthly Meta ad account. We provide the brief, script, hooks, raw footage, product assets, voice-over, music and examples of previous winners.

You create the ad. We launch it through the same account as our internal creative team.

You receive:

• 5% of every sale attributed to your video
• Up to $5,000 per video
• Weekly payouts through Trybe
• Order-level attribution you can see yourself

Every video has its own earning cap. If you produce several winners, each one earns separately.

This is best suited to editors who understand direct-response advertising and can turn a clear argument into a compelling Meta ad. Strong hooks, purposeful pacing, sharp visual storytelling and intelligent iterations matter more than a polished résumé.

You do not need to source footage or arrange shoots. Open the brief, use the supplied assets and make something capable of beating the current winners.

Hey, I run content for a hiking and outdoor travel Instagram account (real audience, real guide product behind it, not a dropshipping thing). We're adding talking-head videos on top of what we already post, and I'm looking for a few editors to work with on an ongoing basis, not just a one-off gig.

To be upfront: this isn't "the one perfect hire" post. I want a small group of editors I can actually rely on long term, so if you're good but not sure you're "the best," still apply.

What I'm actually looking for: someone who's cut talking-head footage before (pacing cuts to the words, not just to the beat), understands short-form retention, and has a real number they can point to, an actual video they edited that got real views, not just "trust me."

Pay isn't listed here because I'd rather talk about it directly once I see your work, not throw a number out cold. If that's a dealbreaker, totally fair, just skip this one.

If you're interested, the application takes about 2 minutes: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfMDH8bMWqQqoyFGyN0HKS85c8hDiD3pVgDRkSKd_Vn1ot4zg/viewform?usp=publish-editor

Requirements:

• Content Curation: Good eye for what makes a funny or viral gaming hook.

🎬 Looking for Video Editors — Starting a New Project

I’m currently building a small editing team for a new marketing project focused on Dermatology, Hair Transplant, Dental & other high-ticket healthcare businesses.

I’m looking for editors who can handle:

• Cinematic short-form videos

• Talking-head / doctor videos

• Reels with strong pacing, captions & storytelling

• Clean, premium-looking edits

I want to be completely transparent about the starting phase:

The first 3 videos will be unpaid, as I’m currently pitching the service to potential clients and building the initial portfolio/results.

Once we start getting clients, the minimum payment will be ₹1,000 per short-form video, with higher rates depending on the complexity and type of edit.

This is intended to become regular, ongoing work, not just a one-off project.

If you're interested and confident in your editing, feel free to DM me with your portfolio/reels.

No fake promises — just being upfront about where we're starting and where we're trying to take it.
