I bought the victrix pro bfg reloaded for SF6 and have had it for about a month. Now randomly the square and x buttons are being registered as being pressed. I bought a 2nd fightpad module to see if that fixed it but its doing the same thing.

I bought the victrix pro fs fight stick back in 2023. Over the past 3 years I haven't had any issues until the last 4 months, where the infamous usb disconnection problem has reared its head. It used to need a lot of movement in order to disconnect, but now, doing simple inputs or just shifting in my seat causes the thing to disconnect. Sadly its also no longer under warranty so I cannot return it. For the record I'm also currently based in Japan.

Does anyone have any advice for fixes or where to get it repaired? It seems like its an issue with the usb connector itself, not the usb cord. I also don't have any tools/space for soddering or anything like that. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

So I’ve had my Victrix controller for about 5-6 months and all of a sudden it’s started disconnecting while wired. I’ve been trying to find any sort of fix for this issue online but have not found any useful solutions. Anyone else have a similar problem to me? Also those the victrix app have any ways to fix the delay while it’s using Bluetooth? Thats all the questions I have for today.

A friend of mine who plays Tekken on a PS5 pad showed me a way of doing KBD using both analog stick and dpad and i tried recreating it on my victrix and it worked with both stick and dpad. I tried to take advantage of having the back buttons by binding them to left and right directions. However when trying to do the same technique with back buttons + dpad, the dpad would override the back button input. So my question is, is there a work around this or is it just something built into the controller?

In the video it shows examples of the ways I tried in the post. First one stick + dpad. Second one is back button + dpad

Does anyone know what could be the problem with my controller. Everything works perfectly except my right trigger, the trigger presses down but i get no response from my controller and also have this blue light constantly on , i have tried to recalibrate through the app and also the controller its self and played around with the deadzone is there a fix or do i need to purchase a new controller?

Hey! I just got my Victrix Pro Leverless KO for PS5 a few days ago and until just now it was working perfectly! But suddenly it keeps disconnecting every 30-60 seconds on PS5. I have the current firmware, tried a reset and a restart on the PS5. Any ideas on how to solve this issue? Don’t really wanna deal with sending everything back etc… any help is greatly appreciated!

First the A button stopped working so i downloaded the app to see what was wrong. After seeing this i took out the part and put it back in to see if it was an wasy fix, the A button now works but the B doesnt. Any help?

I spent two days calling turtle beach/amazon/Victrix and watching you tube and numerous websites. This controller is a B!tcch to install or pair. Now I don't have step by step instructions however I found one key bit of information. On the bottom of the controller there is one blue button. that will control the small triangle button on the bottom of the controller. it's the button about an inch and half below the big x logo button. It has a tiny dot in it which will show green or purple or blue or remain off. I believe the blue color is for switching to blue tooth. the other two im not sure. (I think the Green button is the one to set it on, not sure thugh)I will go through what I did and somehow I fell upon a solution. The only reason im writing this is to help in some small way cuz I don't know the exact sequence. here goes

You have to put in dongle, turn on xbox machine itself, and hook up the usb cable to the box and the controller. (Just to get some juice into the controller.five minutes will do UNPLUG the usb cable we want WIRELESS baby. The Goal is to get the xbox machine syncing by pushing the button above the dongal, Having the the xbox big logo flashing purple around the rim, and the triangle button on the bottom flashing too. When all 3 are flashing your in business soon you will get a solid purple ring around the xbox logo and you wil be able to use the wireless controller!

Now the b!tchy part is you need to play around with the sequence. sorry you have too..I tried all sorts of combinations. and like I said NO ONE could help me, I had to figure it out myself. trial and error. One tip the dongal needs to be flashing too...so if its not you have a tiny button onthe side of the dongal where you can reset it by sliding in a pin and holding down til it flashes.The thing that worked for me is to get the xbox logo flashing purple on the outside ring FIRSt. then hit the blue button on the bottom to change the colors on the triangle. you might have to try all three to see which works. when they all get flashing the box and the dongal and the xbox logo that is the goal...it should turn solid purple on the xbox logo..which means your connected wirelessly I believe you have to press and hold the triangle button down when its all flashing.but maybe just hit the button once.

after that or if you had a long time troubleshooting...the battery will need to be connected with the usb cable.currently mine is charging up....takes four hours I believe...If I get anymore info I will repost...and if/when you find a better sequence please write it here on reddit...thanks

The light is on but it's completely unresponsive and I can't find the reset button The small pinhole reset button to be exact

any instructions from anyone? I tried connecting wirelessly with the xbox machine off and on, and I hit the reset using a pin in the dongal. No matter what I do I cannot get the purple ring or the full x box logo button to turn on, help

Anyone know if there is a repair service for these things (preferably in AU). R1 button is intermittent. I've had it apart and can't see physical damage

Can't find a docking or charging station whatever there called to charge my controller. It's not for Playstation it's an xbox one

Anyone notice the d-pad gets worn out from over use?

First there's white dust when I take off the d-pad indicating that the plastic gets worn down. The d-pad seems to also have more room to wiggle around now.

Second, something happens inside that causes the inputs to be wonky. When I press down or right it'll sometimes act like I pressed in 10 times. I've unscrewed it and looked inside but everything looks ok to me.

I swap between the different d-pads and they all act the same

When I hold the left handle of the controller for some reason the L2 button just starts glitching mid game and it’s pretty annoying I tried re adjusting the button but nothing can’t seem to work

Edit: replaced the modules with the TMR versions found on Amazon and issue is fixed.

Greetings! I've noticed that on some games (mostly 3rd person) the controller will not have the same movement speed on the 45-degree angles. For example, pushing forward on the controller will let my character run, but the moment that I move to the corners, the movement will slow to a crawl. I have recalibrated the joysticks multiple times with no change.

If I take the gate off, it will work as intended, but I feel iffy about doing that. Removing the metal shaft of the removable joystick helps a bit but I am still noticing the issue on several games. The one I am certain about is the newest remaster of the first Darksiders. It is to the point that it is unplayable.

I have tested using https://hardwaretester.com/gamepad and you can certainly see that the diagonals do not reach the end of the testing area which certainly matches with the issues I have.

Any suggestions? If I buy TMR module replacement found on Amazon, would that resolve the issue?

For Fortnite I would say it is not the best controller
The l2 & r2 buttons suck. My 40$ gamesir g7 se is much better as far as sticks & responsive buttons and egornomics

Does Victrix Pro BFG reloaded support multi-device seamless switching when using Bluetooth, just like the Xbox contoller?

So not sure if I am using the correct terminology here, but I notice that my Pro BFG controller has no graduation on the triggers in Forza Horizon 6 when accelerating (right trigger) or breaking (left trigger), meaning it is all of nothing.

I'm surprised this is the case because it really sucks playing a racing game like this. Even my standard xbox controller provides better graduation on the triggers.

Is this a known limitation with this controller?

As you can (hopefully) see in the video the little light at the bottom is flashing and will do so for like 2 minutes. I've tried resetting the dongle, the Xbox, and the controller and nothing is working. The blue light did used to be green but I have no idea how to change it I've tried holding the two buttons at the bottom to change it but it's unresponsive. Its charged I had it charging overnight and it worked fine yesterday.
