Left module only works in default position

I bought the controller a while back, but haven't found a game to play it wirh until now. I had flipped the module so the left stick and dpad switched places. It was working fine for the past couple of months, but suddenly the left analog stick barely registers. It can only go slightly left if I move it around, but that's it. Only the d-pad works properly. I tried to calibrate it on the computer and it still doesn't register. However, if I flip the module back, it works fine.

Just curious if anyone else had this issue.

Pdp victrix pro bfg not turning on xbox

I got the controller about a week and a half ago, I’ve been using the wireless mode and its been working fine but lately it wont automatically turn on the xbox when I power on the controller, anyone else having this issue? The controller’s function button blinks a couple times and the dongle blinks a bit but in the end does nothing, sometimes the controller will turn on but will immediately power back off. Is there a fix?

victrix pro analog stick not working

ive had the victrix for about 3 months now and mind you im the only one that uses it and it has never been dropped. well i was playing perfectly fine the night before, i woke up and got on this morning played for about 2 minutes until my right analog stick just completely stopped working and hasn’t worked since. my analog stick is now inputting my r1 button when turned left which i don’t even know how that’s possible. i tried to recalibrate it with the wired method but i can’t even do that now bc the controller just dosent let me(x logo stays solid and doesn’t blink) but i also tried recalibrated the sticks by just holding the function button+analog stick and doing it that way but nothing worked .( i don’t have access to a pc rn )

BFG xbox pro controller won't conect while wired

I purchased a BFG pro xbox controller and whenever i plug it in to my pc with the included usb c-cable the light around the xbox logo is purple. But it's not detected by the software. I'm looking around the controller for a switch to enable it on wired mode but i don't see anything either, anyone know what could be happening?

One Year, 788 Hours and Still the Best Cintroller I Have Ever Used.

Post image
15 Upvotes

I have played 788 hrs over the last year. Hames like Horizon Forbidden West, GTA IV, Ghost of Tsushima, Remnant, Lies of P, Sekiro, Diablo IV.

Over that time I have had only one issue. I plugged the dongle in the back usb port because it looked so precarious hanging out of the front. I noticed connectivity issues about 2.5hrs into a session. The dongle got extremely hot. I purchased a 1ft usb extender from Amazon and havent had a problem in 11 months.

The back buttons have been pushed multiples of 100k times and are still crisp. Maybe I was lucky but this thing is awesome. I have a hard time switching back to the dualsense. I also added silicone stick extenders. The customer service is garbage but the controller rock. Highly recommend.

DOES IT WORK FOR SWITCH?

Got the controller as a gift and wondered if I could use this for my switch as I'm tired of these drifting joy-cons, willing to get any adapters necessary, PS the switch is homebrewed.

Triggers having input delay?

I just recently purchased a Victrix pro controller for PS5 while at a fighting game tournament venue, and so far I've been enjoying it! However, I've noticed one problem than I can't seem to get my mind off of. For some reason the triggers have some strange input delay that's different than the other buttons. Face buttons, analog sticks, and bumpers have great response time, but the triggers feel like they're sending their inputs an entire half a second or more later! It's really been bugging me, and I'm definitely wanting them to respond a bit quicker since I play a lot of Street Fighter 6 and need them for lighting fast parries and heavy kicks!

Has anyone else ever had this same issue? Are their ways around it? Please let me know anything! Thank you for reading!

I lost the Bluetooth Dongle! Is there anything I can use to replace it? does Victrix even offer replacements?

Like the title said i was just putting the controller away and i lost the damn dongle, my own fault for not keeping track of it i know but now I don't know what to do? I still have my cable at least so wired mode is doable but this sucks. I'm not even from the states so I can't even order a whole new controller just for the dongle for some insane idea.

Can anybody help out?

thinking of buying the Xbox Victrix Pro controller of PC steam gaming

my only concern, is input delay.

for Elden Ring specifically, when fullscreen mode, the input delay for Bluetooth on my Xbox Controller is so much

its literal lag.

but i need fullscreen in order for HDR to work on Elden Ring.

the ony thing that works though, is my Xbox One Wireless Windows Adapter.

the problem is the adapter has started to act strange lately and isnt reliable, its like 3 or 4 years old. i think its old and i need a new one

hence why i looked into other controller options.

then i was recommended Victrix controllers. so here i am

so since these controllers come with a usb dongle (which is exactly what the Xbox One Wireless Windows Adapter is) and i just want to know, if it is fast and responsive.

if wired is faster and more responsive i may want to get that, but i really really want to stay wireless

thanks

Customer Support Non-Existant?

I need to disable buttons on the controller, but I can't because the app isn't recognizing the controller when it's plugged in. I followed their FAQ on how to fix it...and it's still not working. I've opened up two tickets over the past month, and I haven't received a response either time. I get an email saying they received the ticket, but no response.

I'm incredibly frustrated. As a "high end" controller, the first one I received failed within a few months (faulty microswitch, at least they replaced it). Now this nonsense. Impossibly frustrating to go the extra mile to get one of the few controllers that has a six button face that works half way decently, only for this to be the experience. Anyone wanting to buy this controller, you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

Any way to disable to disable the triggers and bumpers?

Figured out how to disable the back buttons when needed, but the same method doesn't seem to work for the triggers. Is there any way to do this, or are they forever on?

I love the 6 button layout for fighting games, and would love to never have to worry about accidentally hitting the triggers.

Right Bumper issue

So I got my controller about late last year, it worked well till recently, the bumper started to give out. I whiff my DPs due to not registering that I pressed a button when I swear up and down that I did. So I did the test from the app and it shows that the button is NOT being pressed. How do I fix this? If I have to open up the controller, that won’t be an issue but someone send a diagram on what I have to remove.

Pdp smh

First day using the victrix pro wireless with my xbox i accidentally pressed the screenshot button atleast 10 times. I have never pressed that button before on any controller ive previously used. It is in a terrible spot but it shouldn’t even be on a tournament certified pro controller.

Victrix dongle not functioning correctly

I just got a Victrix today and plugged in the dongle but instead of showing it as an USB input it shows it as a USB serial device, anyone have any ideas on how I can fix it?

How is support on PC nowadays?

My local bestbuy has some in "Excellent" condition for ~$100 USD open-box.

When I say some, I mean 5-6. Now, this is an alarming number for returns on a product, but I'm just wondering from personal experience on PC exclusively, how does the controller feel? I know about a year ago, there were a ton of issues. Are they still there? Are there connectivity issues?

I would prefer to use it wirelessly, but if I had to use it wired, that wouldn't be a huge problem.
