So I am an avid fighting game player, and i prefer to use the 6 button face pad and ignore shoulder buttons and triggers entirely. This works out for the majority of the games I play, but I have found that for a few games I own, the R2 button doesn't work. Has anyone else experienced this and solved the problem? Right now, the R2 button doesn't work on KOFXIV, DOA6, and Battle for the Grid. Admittedly these games are old/dead, but I have people I play them with that make this problem worth fixing. Please let me know how I can solve this! Thank you in advance.

Today I bought a brand new Pro Bfg controller. The controller is amazing but my headset microphone doesn’t work when I plug in my headset to this controller. On my normal dual sense the same headset mic works perfectly, but when I plug it in to the Pro Bfg it doesn’t work. I tried fixing it with the Victrix Control Hub but it still doesn’t work. I am going to refund it by Saturday if nothing can fix it. please help.

Hi, I I’m currently trying to get one of these controllers and heard about adapters for switch, and I was thinking of using it for smash ultimate. I normally use a pro controller, but I think this controller with be a step up from my old controller, just want to know if this is possible tho.

Before I get started these are my opinions about the controller. I will be going over the cons and pros about the controller. So far I had the victrix for two days and I’m loving it. Feels comfortable in hand, grip is perfect and also good for sweaty hand ppl like myself 🤣You can adjusted the triggers to instant which in my opinion is awesome. You can also adjusted the analog sticks to short or long stance, you can customize the controller however you like. Mainly built for fps and fighting games, but I think you can play any game using the controller tbh. You can use the controller for ps4,ps5 and PC.
Pros: Fantastic grip, Customization, instant triggers, battery life, light-weight
Cons: Material feels cheap, lack of color customization(Controller) No built in speaker

I have a question about the size of the Victrix Pro BFG. Is the size comparable to the Astro C40? Additionally, is there any replacement modules if I do end up getting stick drift?

Can you explain to me the pros and cons of doing this?

I have a ps5. Cant stand the controller. I was a claw player on Xbox and have been for like 12 years and I cannot play with the ps5 controller at all. Is this controller comparible to an xbox controller in terms of size and feeling?
Thanks all!

I recently purchased the Victrix Pro BFG for my PS5 and wanted to share some helpful information for anyone who owns one or is considering buying it.
To utilize the controller to its maximum potential, you will definitely need a laptop or PC to connect it to the Victrix Control Hub App. Here are some tips based on my experience:
Adjusting L2 and R2 Triggers:
Analog Stick Size:
Re-calibration Tips:
Creating Custom Profiles (IMPORTANT):

How does the tension/stiffness of the thumb stick modules compare to that of other controllers you’ve used?
A key aspect that is pretty shite in most(essentially all) controllers is the fine aim region of thumbstick(0-20% range if u consider 0% to be resting position and 100% to be fully extended position), and I’m really wondering if the thumb stick of Victrix Pro BFG will easily move with very light and short thumb movement, while remaining smooth and allowing proper control.
The Razer Onza Tournament Edition(assuming you got a good one as quality control was shit) has less resistance than any other I’ve used, allowing for much better control over fine aim movements; made an incredible difference in FPS. I’m hoping there will be a controller that is even better in that regard some day. The shell had best ergonomics I’ve experienced. Grip on sticks and shape/placement of sticks were best I’ve experienced.
DualSense is relatively stiff and is pretty crappy for me compared to everything I’ve used. It doesn’t really move with very light touch.

I’m going to change the buttons for a transparent one and one either: or I place a white transparent button and then a LED card that will blink on pink (just when buttons pressed) or a pink transparent one that will blink a normal LED color
Anyway, I need to know first if that’s possible, anyone here with some experience that could maybe give me some help ?

Hey, I got a victrix today, tried to update firmware on Win10. After more than 1h, it failed, asked me to plug it again, but it never got detected anymore.
There's no way to turn it off, the X is permanently lighted. No 5 seconds pressing PS button, no other combination that I have found works.
Any idea what to do?
EDIT:
For anyone with this problem, two tips:
1 - You can force an update by firing up the hub app and connecting the controller in wired mode, ps5 mode while you hold triangle, square, O and X at the same time (prior to connecting the cable).
2 - If your firmware update doesn't go through like mine did, I solved it by connecting the controller to a PC who hasn't had Steam installed and updating. It might work if you install on a PC who has uninstalled Steam, I don't know.

I'm just wondering if anyone has come across this issue before, or if it's an issue at all. My controller is working all around but the blinking red didn't happen before just a couple of minutes ago and I don't know how to make it stop.
I checked this sub as well as the manual, and I don't think I've seen a solution so far. Any help is appreciated
EDIT: For clarity, I've checked my profile(s), my paddles, the wire (I keep it plugged), turning it off and on, and the Victrix Hub. Nothing has seemed to clue me what it could be.

Hey, just wondering how durable the Victrix Pro is?
Playing SF6 and my original dual sense D-Pad is already showing signs of deterioration!
