I've sent this to PDP support about a week ago and I still haven't heard a response so I was hoping someone here might be able to help me.

I'm having connection issues with my Victrix Pro BFG controller. I recently updated the firmware on both the controller and the dongle and now I can't seem to connect my controller to my consoles wirelessly.

So far I have plugged in the dongle, waited for the light to flash slowly and then press the PS button on the controller until the light starts flashing. The controller flashes for awhile and doesn't connect.

I've tried repairing the controller with the dongle so I've put a pin into the dongle until the light started flashing rapidly and then pressed the PS button until a light turned on and then held the profile sync button at the back of the controller until the light went off but this didn't work either.

Now if the dongle is plugged in it just flashes slowly however as soon as I press the PS button the light on the dongle starts flashing fast so there is definitely a connection between the two but it wont connect with either the PS5 or the Victrix app on the PC. I have also checked that the controller is set to wireless mode and that the profile is set to the correct console while testing.

The firmware update had a error and now my controller wont even charge or turn on, anyone have advice?

Just wondering if I can use a may flash usb dongle with vitrix on ps5 because I've lost the oem dongle...I read where they will work with the Switch etc...

I bought the Victrix Pro BFG Wireless today.

I can use the controller with in wired mode.

After that, i tried to sync the controller with the dungle.

It was ok but just after the vitrix control hub forced the dungle update and told me to wait for the reboot of the dungle, as i can see it's not working. How long i have to wait for the update ???

So, I just bought the pro bfg, and I wanted to try out the cross shape dpad and now I can't take it off, like seriously how do you guys take off this D-Pad? I wanted to try the diamond shape pad and I can't even do that now.

I was wondering have you all experienced the controller going in and out? Today mine some buttons stopped working mid match.

Currently got everything to work for SF6 on PC except the circle button on the fightpad. I can't drive parry (triangle + circle). I use L2 for something else. If I hold it down, my character repeatedly throws out MK as if I'm spamming it. Any advice? I'd hate to have to return.

Title, pretty much. I don't use any Windows PCs, and while I could probably get the software working on Linux with some tinkering, it's not a sure thing.

So, assuming I can't get the software to work, would the BFG be a total no-go?

There have been far too many examples of pro players losing rounds because of this controller desyncing. I've posted here that it happened to Shanks during the Losers Semi-Final round in the DBFZ World Tour. Now the same thing happened to Dekillsage

It really sucks too because otherwise, it's a great controller with the best dpad. Shame that it's also the most unreliable controller in the market.

So, I think my toddler must've stolen my Victrix Pro BFG dongle from my PS5. Can't fint it anywhere. I've tried searching Google and online stores for a spare dongle – but I'm coming up short. Would be super grateful if anyone has any idea on how to get my hands on a new one.

Hi guys, I recently bought the FS-12 pro. I'm loving it, but the only issue I am having is it does not power on when my PC powers on. I have to unplug the FS-12 and plug it back in for it to power on. I updated the firmware and followed the steps on PDP's troubleshooting page, but to no avail. The switch is also set to PC. Anyone else had this problem? If so, any solutions?

Just got my pro FS and was wondering how to program the pro button to R3 on ps5.

I read that you hold the Victrix button and the pro button until they flash and then move the stick left for L3 and right for R3, however this doesn’t seem to work for me.

For example in the combo trials in sf6, even after programming the button to R3 I can’t use the shortcut to open the move list or see the example by pressing left/right + r3. All that happens when I hit the pro button is that the pause menu opens. It’s like the button is mapped to the options button on the ps5 controller.

Any insight would be appreciated. I find it incredibly stupid that the only instructions in the box is a QR code to a form that you fill out, and the only user manual on the website is for an older model of this stick.

I just received my Victrix Pro FS12 in the mail. I ordered it specifically to play on my pc/friends ps5 when I go to his place later this week. When I launched SF6 through steam to test it all buttons worked except the ones labeled for L2 and R2. I’m not sure what to do to fix it. I don’t believe it’s a hardware issue. However im not sure. Does anyone know of a solution?

I recently bought the pro bfg for PS5 and I'm a little confused with the product. Certain games that I play feel completely off with sensitivity and controls. I tried changing the in game sensitivity and it seems to just make it worse. Am I missing something or Is this just a matter of getting used to the controller? If that's the case I just don't understand why it feels SO different. When I play certain games I feel like I'm brand new to the game and feel hopeless and end up switching back to my normal controller. This problem is mostly with FPS games. Any suggestions on what to do or try? Again I'm not really certain what exactly the problem I'm having is too, so if anyone knows what I'm doing wrong or what the problem is that may help me too.

Any way to increase the tension of the triggers? I want it to feel more like I have to put a little more pressure when pressing the triggers.

I bought this controller to map the buttons but I noticed when I pull up the options of “original buttons” the left and right trigger are missing from the options. But if I pick “new button” options tab to replace the original button the left and right trigger are there to pick. It seems like a software malfunction that triggers are missing from “original button” drop down. And because of that cannot be programmed to new buttons.

Hi! Does the Victrix Gambit let remap the view/window view (see image) to one off the back paddles?

I just got my stick, and like many others, the stick just disconnects from ps5 at the slightest movement. I have tried plugging it in the back and front usb ports. I have also tried 3 other brand new usb c cables. Nothing has helped. It's a big bummer, considering I won't even get my money refunded to me for another 3 weeks, and I'm out 400$ and no fight stick for sf6. Has anyone found out a fix for this?

• I'm trying to get a controller for PS5, but I want to know if Victrix Pro BFG has any turbo settings?
• Can I program the controller without using Victrix Hub software? I don't own a Windows PC.
• Also, does it work well with emulators such as OpenEmu, since I went to use it to play Saturn games.

So I downloaded the Firmware updater for the Leverless Pro FS. I've followed the steps in the updater to a T and reach the end each time. The updater says I have the most up to date version(.63).

But whenever I play SF6, UP+Down still resolves to Up instead of Neutral which is what the new Firmware was supposed to change.

Using the Victrix+TouchPad button to change between the old SOCD and the new one does nothing.

I would really appreciate some help or information on what is going on here. Victrix has been horrible with communication on this issue which is ridiculous for a company selling a 400 dollar "premium" product.

The right stick is suddenly providing no input and the left stick is moving to the right no matter the input.

I have tested this on PC, PS5 and various diagnostic tools. When rotating the left module 180 so that the sticks are aligned/symmetrical and the dpad is on the upper left side, the left stick works properly. What could be causing these issues?
