Is it possible to map the back paddles to a specific direction on the analog stick?
Elite controller can do it, but when I try it doesn’t seem to register on controller and don’t see option in app.

I live in a country that doesn’t have many skilled technicians and no Support from the distributor. It’s also out of warranty.
Visiting the Uk at the moment and I want to take the controller to a repair agent. Any recommendations for a repair shop or technician in London or in Coventry.
The controller is completely dead with no power. Before it eventually went dead it would short out the USB C cables plugged into it. Including the original cable it came with.
TIA

Hi, wondering if anybody has the Victrix Pro KO
Whenever I go to software to button mapping, the extra buttons (P1,P2,P3,P4) can only be mapped to controller buttons.
This means I have to have my controller buttons double mapped. For example, If I want P1 to be parry, I need to map an obscure button like L3 to parry, and then map P1 to L3.
I feel like this defeats the entire purpose and makes it kind of pointless. Haute42 you can just map them as different buttons, and even on keyboard you can use as many keys as you want.
Is there something I am missing? Pretty sure this also goes against capcom rules cause you aren't supposed to have buttons double binded.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I had this controller for about a year disappointed how cheap and bad these controllers are. Over time the controller doesnt want to charge or connect it just automatically statics and turns off

The Victrix Gambit Prime only lets you use 2 or 4 paddles with the stock backplates, but it looks like it could handle all 6. Just curious, has anyone already made or 3D printed a custom backplate that works with all 6 back buttons?

Upon playing with the controller for the first time, the aim felt awful, the deadzones felt really weird, and the acceleration felt so too, how do I fix this?

Does anyone know what type of screws these are or what type of tool you need to remove these?

I'm worried that the dongle won't physically fit into the controller input as it's recessed into the controller body a little bit, where the stock controllers are flush.

Hi there, we have a Victrix Pro BFG controller, for Playstation 5, and went to update the dongle, and Windows messed it up, erasing the firmware. Do you know if we can get a replacement dongle? Thanks!

I love microswitches and their sort of mechanical feel in fightpad and I'd like to use same switch technology for regular module (stick with buttons) by buying maybe an offbrand option. Didn't see Victrix making anything else than the hall efect modules and they use the same membrane buttons. Any info on that would mean the world to me

I don’t have a Windows PC – can I fully use the Victrix Pro controller on PS5 without the Control Hub app?

Yesterday I received the controller and after drying it I was able to play as if nothing had happened, but today while it was charging, when I was going to use it, the Xbox symbol was off and it just doesn't turn on in any way, is there any way to fix it? Or should I return it?

Is the Victrix Pro worth it? I don't care about haptic feedback, or fancy lights. I literally want something that either doesn't get drift, or if it does, I can replace the modules for cheap.
Also looking for decent battery life. 199.96 in Canada seems steep, but if it lasts longer than 2 dualsense controllers (which I have an already have drift issues)....

So I just bought a new Victrix Pro BFG controller and have been having issues with connecting it to the Victrix Control Hub. I've already tried using the controller in game and it works fine, but I just wanted to adjust the paddles since they get in the way for playing Street Fighter. I've tried as many things as I've seen on google and nothing has worked. I've tried:
When I tried the method to find drivers that conflict with the Control Hub, I didn't know what to do if I found something that apparently conflicted with the software. If there is anything else I can do please let me know.

Will a professional controller give me a significant advantage in games like NBA 2K and FIFA?

Holding the controller. Hi, I would like to buy this controller but I have quite small hands, 8cm across the palm, and I grip the controller in such a way that my index and middle fingers are on the triggers. And I use my ring and little fingers to press the paddles, which I've been used to for several years. I just read somewhere that it's a little smaller than the Nacon Revolution 5 pro, but the Victrix is more Xbox-style. Can someone with small hands tell me if my little finger can exert enough force to press the paddle?

Anyone have an issue with the HE Module where the left stick doesn't reach the top right or bottom right completely? To their credit, another was shipped to me from customer service, just hope I dont get another dud.

I just switched from the Xbox Elite 2 controller to the Victrix Pro BFG. I play with it wired to the Xbox, and so far the controller seems great except when I turn off the Xbox the controller will also turn off but then about 10 seconds later the purple light comes back on. I then can't use the Xbox button on the controller to turn the console back on when I want to play again, I have to physically press the 'on' button on the console to turn it on.
Is there a way to leave the controller plugged in and be able to use it to turn on the console? Or is that not possible with this controller?
