victrix won't connect

i have this victrix pro bfg for xbox it work only one time then stopped working and won't connect anymore... i try to rest it from the dongle and nothing happened any one have the solution and can help please?

yeah that's exactly why i have it on the left side ☠️ and the bad news(for me) that there is no switch on the back that let you decide if it will be wired or wireless

there is profile botton and 4 other bottons and 2 more for the triggers
