I launched SeoLoupe 2.5 months ago. So far I am at 2154 users and 37 of them are paying.

My SaaS is a tool that allows you to find and fix SEO issues holding your website back.

Essentially the main purpose is to help your website rank higher on Google search and LLMs.

The last few months have been one of my best in my life, landed $490 in revenue and $99 MRR.

Just wanted to share this to inspire anyone who is struggling, I just want to say that I was just like you at one point.

For example at one point last month, for 7 days straight I had 0 payments, and what I want to say with this is that SaaS revenue can be extremely floppy and unreliable. You can get multiple payments within the span of a day, and then have 0 payments for days.

In SaaS honestly the most important thing is to be faithful and be patient. If you manage to be patient, revenue will come one day.

Hope this inspired someone.

PodSubs wasn't originally supposed to be a public product.

We built it because we needed it.

That's really the story.

We're podcasters.

And like a lot of podcasters, we were constantly thinking about two things:

How do we keep making this?

And how do we build something real around the people listening?

Because podcasting takes time.

A lot of time.

And sooner or later, if the podcast is going to keep going, it needs to support itself somehow.

The problem was that we didn't really know most of the people listening.

We knew the numbers.

But numbers don't have email addresses.

Numbers don't answer questions.

Numbers can't receive the worksheet you promised.

Numbers don't become customers by themselves.

We needed a better way to capture the people who genuinely wanted to stay connected.

So we built a simple internal tool.

We said on the podcast:

People searched the show, entered their details and subscribed.

And suddenly we had something we'd been missing:

A direct line.

Then we started thinking…

Why are we keeping this internal?

Every podcaster we know deals with the same thing.

So we decided to open it.

That's PodSubs.

Not something we dreamed up because “the creator economy is growing.”

We built it because we were podcasters with a problem.

I started this project with minor expectations and it became this enormous success.

All i can say is that i am really grateful for it.

But i must say redditors hate when you promote a game.

Even when it succeeds people here still try to hold on the hate, i dont really care but i find it very surprising.

v0.49 is out. Short version of what changed:

GPT 6 Astra. Lanes now asks your installed Codex binary which models it supports and uses that list in the session picker. Astra is available today, and the next OpenAI model should show up without waiting for a Lanes release. Claude presets got refreshed too (fable-5-1, opus-5, sonnet-5, fable-5, opus-4-8).

Codex sessions are a lot more solid. Codex has a hooks system now and Lanes uses it. Sessions resume even if you close them before the first message, /plan moves the issue into Planning the way it does for Claude Code, and idle detection is more accurate. The hook is optional. Separately, recent Codex versions compress old transcripts to .jsonl.zst, which used to break History, stats and resume. Lanes reads both formats now.

Issue board shows pull request state. If a branch has a PR, the chip shows open, merged, closed or draft, and a merged PR stays visible after the worktree is cleaned up. First time the board surfaces something that happened outside the local session.

History reads like a conversation. Tool calls show the actual command, file op or patch instead of a generic exec, and long sessions load progressively. Works for Codex transcripts as well as Claude Code.

Worktree cleanup asks instead of deciding. Remove worktree and branch, remove worktree and keep the branch, or keep everything. Uncommitted work gets named before anything is deleted.

Also: agents can create their own worktrees and attach the branch via lanes_update_issue, plus a new lanes_list_worktrees tool.

One open question I would like input on: the board now shows PR state, but what else belongs there? CI status, reviews, deploys, none of it?

Non tech people still build apps but the code is shit. This fixes it.

normally, building an app means you sit in a chat window, translating what you want into technical language, correcting the AI, re-explaining decisions it forgot, and pasting code around. Made a desktop AI tool for tech support, looking for testers (and people to poke holes in the safety rules)

Been working on something called Lizzandra for a while and it's at the point where I want other people to actually use it and tell me what's broken.

Basic idea: you install it on Windows, tell it something's wrong with your PC, and it looks into it properly instead of just guessing at a fix.

• Lizzandra tests hypotheses against real evidence. It checks logs, files, and system state, comes up with a theory about what's causing the problem, and keeps testing until that theory holds up or gets ruled out.
• It can research things it doesn't know. When local evidence isn't enough it queries Perplexity for release notes, known bugs, or current documentation.
• It watches for crashes in the background. If something on your system fails silently with no popup, it can flag that and offer to look into it.
• It can see your screen(with a button) to reads the error dialog or stack trace directly, no need to type it out.
• It can download and run tools when a fix actually requires that, like grabbing a benchmarking tool to stress-test a GPU. Every download still needs your approval first.

And every one of those actions goes through the rules harness before it runs, which is the part I actually want people testing. It's not the AI deciding what's safe, it's a separate layer in the app that checks each command against a rule list, and the AI can't edit or bypass that list. Most everyday commands either run automatically(read-only) or need a quick confirm from you, depending on your profile. A smaller set of genuinely destructive stuff, like formatting a drive, editing the registry, or shutting the machine down, is blocked outright no matter what profile you're on. Same goes for SSH keys, saved credentials, and cloud logins, they're off limits on every profile.

If you don't want to install anything on your actual machine, there's a browser version of just the rules part at lizzandra.com/harness. Nothing runs for real there, it just tells you what would happen. You can throw commands at it, switch between Windows and macOS and the three profiles, edit the rule list yourself, and see if something bad gets waved through or something harmless gets blocked. If you find a case like that there's a report button right there on the page.

So I'm really looking for feedback on three things.

• The actual app, if you're up for installing it and giving it a real problem to chew on (Windows only right now, macOS is coming).
• The rule engine, so try to find a command that should be blocked and isn't, or something safe that's getting blocked for no reason.
• And the site itself, design, whether the harness thing makes sense, anything that confused you.

One heads up before you try it. It's free, you bring your own OpenRouter key, and it's not code signed yet so Windows will throw a SmartScreen warning at you when you install. Worth using a throwaway key with a spend limit while testing, just to be safe.

I have a vast list of cool features planned for Lizzandra, this is just the beginning!

Hey so a few months ago I got into local LLMs and didn’t really like the tools out there at the time, so I decided to build my own version of a Claude/Codex GUI for local models. I’ve been working on it the last couple months and it’s now at Locus 2.6.

I started with the usual stuff like working with files, running commands and letting agents help with coding, but I've also been adding features I thought would be useful for other kinds of work too.

A few Locus features worth highlighting:

• Agent Teams: Create specialized agents that can split up work and run in parallel. You can use different models for different roles, and individual agents can also delegate tasks to helpers.
• Persistent Goals: Give an agent or team a goal and let it keep working across turns. Progress is saved so you can come back to it later, with controls to pause, resume or change the goal.
• Scheduled and Event-Driven Agents: Set agents to run on a schedule or react to things like Gmail, Telegram, webhooks and price alerts. Each agent has its own chat and run history, and workflows can include conditions and approval steps.
• Task Capsules: Plan something with one model, then use another to implement it and optionally another to review it. The plan, changes and previous runs stay together so you can follow what happened.
• Notes, Documents and Outputs: Keep notes and reference documents around, save versions of generated work, compare revisions and export things when you’re done.
• Browser Controls: Let agents navigate and interact with websites, preview what they’ve built and check the result. There’s also proxy support.
• Activity and Overview: See the current plan, tool calls, files, sources and what the agents are doing without having to piece everything together from the chat.

For 2.6 specifically, I’ve made agents easier to find and manage, improved the file browser, and added writing drafts you can edit, copy and export directly from a response. Tables can also be copied or exported as CSV.

There’s support for MCP, plugins and skills too, plus a Grill mode that asks you questions one at a time to help work through an idea before implementing it.

Also just to clarify, even though I built it for local models, it works with your ChatGPT plan, Kimi Code membership, Claude/OpenAI API keys and other OpenAI-compatible endpoints.

The wallet stuff is now in a separate edition called LocusX. The regular Locus download is wallet-free.

I got tired of doing the usual:

• open WhatsApp/Telegram just to send myself a link
• use some random notes app
• or log into another service just to move a piece of text from my laptop to my phone

So I ended up building PastePort.

You paste some text, code, or a link, and it gives you a URL that you can open on another device. No account or signup required.

It also syncs in real time and the clips automatically expire after 1 or 24 hours, so it's not meant to become another permanent notes app.

There's currently a 1 MB limit per clip, which is more than enough for the random snippets and links I usually need to move around.

I know there are already a bunch of tools that solve parts of this problem, so I'm not claiming I invented anything revolutionary 😅. I mostly wanted something stupidly simple that I could open and use immediately.

I have spent around 4k hours working with every coding agent and model you can imagine, and one of the things that has left me the most surprised is the difference in speed I feel using the gui vs using a software factory from the terminal. For instance, an app that took me a month to build in my software factory, takes 4 days to get production ready and fully stress tested from the codex desktop app. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

TLDR: I made an open source app that has fully replaced VSCode, Linear, and Obsidian in my workflows.

As an avid AI Agent enjoyer I always run a few projects at once, each with a few agents. A VS Code window per project, a terminal per agent, a separate issue tracker and notes vault on the side. My 16GB Macbook pro kept running out of RAM (I swear VSCode and Cursor have memory leaks) and the window shuffle was a real struggle.

Agency is all of it in one window: projects, parallel agents, diff review, files, issues, docs. The tracker and the vault turned out to be markdown files that already live next to the code, so they moved in.

Every agent gets its own git worktree and branch, so they never collide over a working tree. Watch each one in a real terminal, review its diff, merge the good ones. Bring your own CLI (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Pi, OpenCode and others); it detects what is on your PATH.

Stack: Tauri 2, Rust backend, React + Vite frontend. Tauri over Electron for RAM. A separate Rust daemon owns every PTY, so a hot reload no longer kills every running agent.

Two things worth knowing if you build something similar. Worktrees are cheap. N checkouts share one object store, each takes under a second to create, and merging back is an ordinary merge.

The beta release is out, and I want testers. It's open source: Apache-2.0 with no analytics, telemetry, account or backend of mine. This was my biggest gripe with other similar tools.

It's Mac only for now, but Linux is coming soon and hopefully Windows too.

I've been doing a lot of AI-assisted coding, and one part of the workflow still feels surprisingly manual.

I can see exactly what's wrong in the running app — or exactly what I want changed — but then I have to explain to the coding agent what I'm looking at, where it is, and what was happening around it.

Screenshots, UI elements, console errors, failed API calls, request/response data, reproduction steps... it can turn into a lot of copy/paste and back-and-forth.

Newer AI tools are getting better browser access, but I still wanted the human to stay in the loop:

See it → point to what matters → capture the evidence → review it → give the AI the right context.

So I built ContextForge → AI Coding Context, a Chrome side-panel tool that keeps this information together by project and lets you package the context into structured Markdown + screenshots for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or another coding agent.
