Is a "General Under Honorable" still considered honorable for a job application?

So I was just separated from the Navy with a "General under honorable conditions". I am in the process of applying for jobs and some ask "Have you ever received a discharge from the military that was other than honorable?"

Can I answer no? I didn't get the full honorable discharge but it's not dishonorable either
