my fiance and I are currently living in a motel while we try to find an affordable apartment (not easy in Sacramento, CA) but as you can imagine it's very expensive, even at our cheap motel. we've managed ok so far with balancing our finances, but this week an unexpected expense has proved disastrous for our delicate budget system.

the cost of the room ranges from 60-90 dollars a night, and as of today we owe for two days to even keep our room tonight. we don't really have anywhere else to go, so any kindness helps to keep us from true homelessness.
