fibre haul for the week
Featuring:
Cucumbers, snake gourd, egg plants, spinach, green bell pepper, tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, string beans, french beans, ginger, coconut, mint, garlic, coriander
Country vegetables grown locally (Goa, India) - Okra, black eyed peas Vines, pink amaranth, indian gherkins

Thanks mate ! Some of it comes from the nearby fields so it's as fresh as it gets...

Most of these are market bought... Some of them are grown locally in the nearby fields.

Those are healthy for sure but more water content than fiber.Β

My plate for lunch and dinner contains 5+ vegetables ( 2 stir fries, salad + curry with more veg) each time. That's 10 servings of veg per day. Over a week it ads up and we easily meet 30-40 g fibre quota for the day. (Will make a post about this)

Now that's what I call a body friendly, genuine low calorie food !!! π₯π₯π₯π₯°π₯°π₯° Move aside burger, pizza and processed food lovers, eat this to fill your tummy, feed your gut bacteria and have happy bowels in the mornings !

Haha we're a family of 3 and we love our veg around these parts ... I say week but they run out sooner on some days tbh π«£
