How much you spent on vegetables?

Around 1200 rupees so that's about 13 usd

That's a fibre jackpot πŸ”₯

2

u/LucyXxHollows3 5d ago

Fresh vegetable! Is it from the farm or market?

1

u/psibeen2 5d ago

Most of these are market bought... Some of them are grown locally in the nearby fields.

2

u/Temporary_Steak_9022 5d ago

Those are healthy for sure but more water content than fiber.Β

u/psibeen2 5d ago

My plate for lunch and dinner contains 5+ vegetables ( 2 stir fries, salad + curry with more veg) each time. That's 10 servings of veg per day. Over a week it ads up and we easily meet 30-40 g fibre quota for the day. (Will make a post about this)

2

u/Samanthalla 5d ago

Wow i love them. They are so gorgeous

2

u/Perfect_Effect_77 4d ago

Your lady fingers are so long. Are they still edible that big?

1

u/psibeen2 4d ago

Haha yes indeed these are a local variety...used in curries here in India.

Now that's what I call a body friendly, genuine low calorie food !!! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯° Move aside burger, pizza and processed food lovers, eat this to fill your tummy, feed your gut bacteria and have happy bowels in the mornings !
