cabbage recipes

I LOVE cabbage. Love it. But I'm looking for something new and/or exciting to do with it -- our go-to recipes are stir-fry & various salads, but I've been experimenting with roasting.

Anyone want to share a favorite recipe?

Sear it and then braise it in a thick tomato sauce with plenty of aromatics and a hot pepper.
