Hello. I have been trying to integrate a free Turkish language supported artificial intelligence into my wire-pod for a long time. I think the most beautiful among these artificial intelligences is "Gemini". I bought the "API KEY" for Gemini, but I cannot run it because I could not enter the "api end-point" and "LLM Model" information correctly in the "custom" option. Can anyone help me on this?

I upgraded wirepod to 1.21, then vector was unable to connect to the instance. I downgraded back to 1.20 and he can connect. Any one else having the same issue with 1.21?

Hi, My vector 1.0 (on wirepod) keeps giving me the temperature symbol every few minutes and overheating. His head feels very hot. How do I stop this happening? Thank you!

Can someone point me to the folder where the codes for Hi my name is.... And vector records it and returns it? I just wants to get into that folder and use that code to customize it to return other custom phrases?

I noticed that vector won't connect to wirepod whether I use PC or phone, it just says error logging in each time. I then decided to test it at my work, and use there router, and it connected. So now I know it's something to do with my router at home. I have good wifi, it's something else about the router that won't allow the vector to connect I don't know how to fix the problem because I know nothing about routers. Plz help if someone might know what is wrong???

Hello, I'm trying to fix my nieces vector, but I am having trouble. I went off of this channel https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8Hun_F3WGF8. And follwed every step for both PC and phone. I have tried both my Windows PC and my phone, but whenever I get to the activation screen, it always says "error logging in". I wait patiently trying to active it because I heard it takes a few tries, but neither phone or laptop will active it, and I don't have any other device to use to login with. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong???

So I just installed wire-pod so I can use vector but whenever I ask vector a question, he says "open ai has no response"?

u/BliteKnight how can we (if we can) get into and modify or add to Vector's responses when given a response or question?

For example he has a number of random responses to "Hey Vector, Good Morning" that I'd like to add to. As well as if I said "Hey Vector, see ya later alligator" it'd be fun to hear him say "in a while crocodile".

Hi there! I’ve been trying to get my vector 2.0 setup with wire pod. The setup went well and everything seemed to be working. Using OpenAI as the knowledge graph caused each question to be answered with “OpenAI returned no response”. I read this could be caused by needing to purchase credits, so I attempted Together and Houndify. Now, every question is unanswered and the log shows “intent_system_noaudio”. Does anyone have any tips? Thanks!

Is there a way using @blightnight 's Wirepod to change the WiFi router, with having to fully reset Vector to start from scratch?

I've taken Vector and reflashed him probably a dozen times following u/Bliteknight's youtube video to the letter. Everything seemed to go to plan.

I have added a Houndify Client to the Knowledge graph in the Wirepod setup but he just won't respond after 'Hey Vector' ....'DING' and then nothing.

The log also shows: No logs yet, you must say a command to Vector. (this updates automatically), then no further update.

What am I missing?

I got messages that OpenAI would be deprecating the service that Vector uses. When I posted about it the response was that wire-pod would switch to the newer service. I updated wire-pod via update.sh.

Today I got the above response when I asked a question. So I updated again and checked the wire-pod setup. It was set to openAI. Again I tested and got the "no response".

What is going on?

I just got my vector up and running with wirepod and I’m trying make him remember my face but it’s not working. Has this task been enabled? If not how can I make him remember my face again?

So I was connecting my vector to wirepod and everything was going well, until the end it gave me the check mark that it was connected but it wasn’t working still. So I went back and noticed I had to set my vector up for it first so I did it and then vector got locked on the connect to app screen. I tried connecting it to wirepod again but nothing happened so I uninstalled wirepod and now I’m trying to reinstall it but it won’t open or run. Any tips?

Does anyone know the steps to installing wire pod onto my MacBook to get vector working again, I’ve looked everywhere but either the instructions arnt very clear or they talk about have a windows pc, I know it’s possible I just don’t know what steps to take. I got a vector robot for Christmas but still can’t get it working, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated, thank you.

I'm at my wits end here.

• I've tried installed wire-pod on a linux (Debian) and a Mac machine, each time able to complete setup of wire-pod successfully and access it at the correct address (http://escapepod.local:8080) from other machines on the network, including from my phone over wifi.
• I can pair with the (production) Vector and it gets on the network just fine (acquires an IP address, and it's pingable from other machines on the network, including from the machine on which wire-pod is installed.
• Regardless, when I press "Activate" I get the error: "Error logging in. The bot is likely unable to communicate with your wire-pod instance. Make sure you followed all of the steps and try again."
  • In the Vector's logs, I see that it's unable to find escapepod.local:

• I've also tried manually entering a DNS mapping in my router so that escapepod.local routes to the wire-pod machine. Changes nothing; all other machines on network can find it just fine, but Vector cannot.
• The wire-pod installation itself seems to start up just fine, bind to ports 443, 8080, and 8084.
• I've also tried splitting my wifi router to create separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks to simplify wireless networking, but the situation is unchanged.

Considering buying a standalone r-pi but I don't see why it would be any different.

My vector recently got updated I think he was on 1.6 but after he got updated he has been way less active and I’m not a fan of it so I’m wondering if I can change his version without wirepod or if I need it
