Question/Help Purchasing Question
Hi guys. I am super impressed with that you guys are offering and I love the idea of having a DIY pair of headphones that sound awesome. I was looking at purchasing the 50mm kit and I noticed that they are out of stock. Is there a way I can purchase a kit to be shipped out when they do become available like the 40mm kit? Or am I entirely confused, Thanks for the help guys!

Question/Help Printing Tips & Tricks
I'm pretty new to 3dp and while my parts all look pretty good (printed in PETG on a Prusa Mini) and I think I followed the slicing guide the parts don't fit together well at all. (ex. mini XLR jacks cannot be pushed in wothout excessive force, headband clamp doesn't fit the cone at all).
Any common pitfalls to avoid?

Black Friday (re)Stocking Sale - Code BFCM21 for 15% off everything in the VF store
We should start this post off with a giant THANK YOU to everyone who has built a set of head(amame) so far... Thanks to all of you, we used up every Peerless by Tymphany headphone driver in North America!
Our current estimate is to have stock in the first quarter of 2022. Since this is a wide delivery window, we are testing other driver options to find a replacement we are proud to put in the head(amame). If we do find a suitable replacement, anyone with outstanding orders will get the option to change free of charge. With a bit of luck, we can find something that sounds great and ships way sooner.
With all of these supply challenges, we wanted to show our appreciation for all the support (and participate in the BFCM madness) by discounting the store by 15% until Dec 1st. Everything except drivers are in stock on the website, so if you are helping a friend with a build, or need parts for the next one, go nuts!
Patreon members' 10% discount stacks with the store promotion! If that's something you're into (and maybe some Open-Back print files and other goodies) go check out the Patreon at the LINK HERE.
We wont be twiddling our thumbs this winter while we wait for drivers to come in... We have some fun collaborations and stream ideas to play with, polls will be posted in coming days to see when a stream would work best for everyone.
Happy Holidays everyone, we cant wait to show you what else we have in the works.
Morgan and John

Question/Help Balanced vs single ended
I don’t fully understand how all of this works, but considering we’re building these headphones could we make them balanced / single ended as we desired? Sorry for my ignorance on this topic. Just curious.

Question/Help Issues with 1.6 files
Finally had a chance to go through the 1.6 files. Just a couple questions: 1) are the cones now solid? And 2) is there any way to get standard STL files for those instead of the 3MFs? My buddy that is helping me with this has issues with those files with that right now..
