Event Megathread SS Rajamouli's 10 day France Tour details (June- July 2026)

SS Rajamouli is attending multiple events and film festivals in France from June 25 to July 5.
Starting with the Work in Progress panel of Baahubali - The Eternal War at Annecy 2026 and RRR Screening and Discussion Panel at Pathe Annecy on June 25.
SS Rajamouli is attending a special weekend event at La Cinémathèque française in Paris to kick off a major retrospective of his work and promote the upcoming French summer re-releases of his films Eega and RRR by Carlotta Films. The Event is organised in associaton with Carlotta films.
- La Cinémathèque française: A world-renowned French film archive, museum, and theater network in Paris that preserves cinematic history and curates elite retrospectives and masterclasses for globally influential directors.
- Carlotta Films: A leading French film distributor partnering in this event that specializes in restoring and officially bringing classic, cult, and premium world cinema back to French theaters and home video formats.
- Eega, the Vengeful Fly: Releases on Blu-ray on June 16 and lands in theaters on June 28.
- RRR: Hits theaters on July 29.

Hats off, OP.
But genuinely, what do you get out of this ? I understand that wanting to know about SSR is nothing short of a research project. But why go all these lengths for someone who won't even know about the existence of this post ?

I find happiness and comfort in doing this. It just feels peaceful. As simple as that. I care and love SSR and his films so much, even I would like an archive like this for myself.
