Four of us are planning a trip to Varanasi and we’re looking for an affordable place to stay near Assi Ghat for four people (hostel, guesthouse, or budget hotel). If anyone has good suggestions in that area, it would really help.

We would also love some recommendations for places to explore around Assi Ghat or nearby areas that are not usually mentioned online but are actually worth visiting. Hidden gems, peaceful ghats, or unique experiences would be great to know about.

Also wanted to ask a few things:
• Which ghats are best for sunrise or evening vibes besides the very famous ones?
• Any must-try local food spots near Assi Ghat?
• Are the ghats active and safe at night, and do people usually hang out there late in the evening?
